Exceptional Guesthouse in classic Italian style villa surrounded by lush gardens & trees at peaceful countryside estate not far from centre of Fano. The whole place is designed & finished with taste for detail... not too much but just perfect. I had a room with balcony and two room-high doors to enjoy the great views, all very clean, nice breakfast, and free car park included. And, lovely staff who run the estate with passion & true heart for their guests. I very much enjoyed my stay, unfortunately only for one night as I was on my tour through Marche & Abruzzo. Would happily book again if I were close to Fano area.

A great small-town beach destination - lots of tourist amenities, and the city is upgrading to cater (I.e. Safe bike paths and flowing traffic). The beach areas are filled with attractions and excellent restaurants for good value.

I used Fano as a home base for several day trips to Parco...

I used Fano as a home base for several day trips to Parco Naturale Monte San Bartolo, Pergola, and Lucrezia and spent the evenings in the old town. I enjoyed walking the fortress walls, the saturday market, and the charm of the City.

We loved Fano both the old walled area as well as the area...

We loved Fano both the old walled area as well as the area along the beach. We visited for the 1st time to find out what the town my mother-in-law was born in and lived the 1st eleven years of her life. The staff in the government information office were fantastic. They were able to locate records from the 1910-1920 with addresses of where they lived. We enjoyed some wonderful food in Fano including amazing gluten free fresh pasta!

Fano is a great place for both relaxation and sightseeing.

Fano is a great place for both relaxation and sightseeing. There are two beaches (sandy and rocky), many monuments, lots of restaurants. Nearby are San Marino, Urbino (listed on the UNESCO list) and many other interesting places. It is also worth mentioning that the prices are not as high as in other places in Italy.

I've always enjoyed my visits to Fano.

I've always enjoyed my visits to Fano. Nice coffee houses and eating places. I picked the day that a cycling event was happening, so difficult to get around until it was cleared away. I've been to the town many times, that says it all... Until the next time.

Fano is a really lovely place.

Fano is a really lovely place. It offers art in the form of a museum and Foundation which runs exhibitions. The town itself was originally founded by the Romans and this is evidenced by the Arch of Augustus and other points of architectural and archaeological interest. It is on the sea and there are lovely walks to be had on the seafront and in the old town. It offers amazing food in the restaurants and bars and of course excellent local delicacies and wines.

We stay here every time we visit friends in Fano and have returned many times and will continue to do so. The hotel is beautiful, such lovely gardens and courtyard. Also it is very close to Fano and to the motorway but it is so quiet and safe. The staff are always really helpful and kind, which is critical for us because my husband is now registered disabled. They made sure we had a suitable room and where we could park our car right outside the door. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of hot and cold foods.

The apartament is very clean and well supplied and Mr. Massimo was an amazing host! He reccomended us a lot of places to see in Fano, a few good restaurants and cafes, we can certainly reccomend the one that is just below the apartament, very good food in good prices. There is an AC, a dishwasher, a washing machine, even an air fryer if you need one. I am hoping to come back to Mr. Massimo's appartament with my family as soon as possible, we had an amazing experience overall :)

The perfect location for Fano, in the heart of this little town in Italy. Not too far from the beach, literally a short walk away and perfectly located in the centre. The hosts were fantastic, they could not do enough for you and made sure you had everything during your stay. They helped us get a taxi, gave us all the information for dining out and made our short stay superb. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Very nice place, silent, cosy, warm, spacious, well equipped, central, has really everything you need to make your stay the top. Furniture and equipment a bit old fashioned but all in all everything works perfectly. You are in the very center of Fano an can enjoy tranquillity at the same time. For one person only a bit expensive but the apartment is actually for two. Staff super friendly.
