The room was clean and very comfortable

The room is spacious, modern and clean. Good location outskirt Brescia and free parking. Julio is a great host.

Great staff! Very friendly and doing their best! Free espresso with breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

wonderful staff, clean and nice, recomanded

What I loved most about this accommodation is how simple and straightforward it was.. We didn't need to specify an exact arrival time—we came in during the evening, and the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and helped us find our room right away. She even offered us a free bottle of water. The room was nice and good size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Having a 24/7 reception is a huge plus and gave us great peace of mind. We also booked with breakfast included and were very satisfied. The dining area was very easy to find, the food was great, and the tables were clean and nicely set up. There was a decent variety of food and beverage choices. Check-out was quick and effortless. While the location is slightly outside the immediate center of Brescia—which we were already aware of and fine with—it is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the metro station, making getting around very easy. Overall, we are extremely glad we stayed here. There was honestly nothing we could possibly complain about. Grazie mille!

Reception staff were very helpful.

One of the standout features was how tidy and organized the entire place felt, which gave me a good first impression and added to the comfort of my stay.

Unbelievable luxury rooms for a budget price, good restaurant, helpful staff, good links to main roads

Rooms and the structure overall are pretty new. The room is modern and the shower very nice. Breakfast is a good value for money, nothing fantastic, but everything you need. Staff in the reception and in the breakfast were very helpful and polite (the Brazilian lady in the reception and the Moroccan lady in the breakfast were very attentive and friendly, really nice to meet them).

Everything. It's near the train station and 10/15 mins by walk from the city center. The guy at the reception was nice and really helpful.

The room was big and the location of the hotel was close enough to the center. The parking was free

Very Friendly and helpful staff - thank you Estella Great SPA Wonderful experience

A stunning location and place to stay. The history and serenity of the hotel makes it unique. Right in the city centre but peaceful and quiet. Secure parking and all the staff were brilliant. Take time to walk through the main staircase and chapel; the artistry is awesome.

This was a very decent hotel that we booked last minutes while we were already on the road. Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. For us, it was important to have a safe parking space for the car, and we had it. It's in a walking distance from the historical centre, so we even did some sightseeing, even though we stayed in Brescia only for one night

Beautiful clean friendly hotel if I has to say a decative thing it would be there was no milk in the room so couldn't make a hot drink everything else was there

It is very well located and it is very quiet.

Comfortable, clean, free parking, location close to autostrada an 2 metro stops to historic center. Reception staff is friendly and helpfull.

The staff was excellent, good communication 👏, I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family, everything is excellent.

I like everything about the hotel. Location is perfect just 200 meter from Brescia train station. Staff and owner were fabulous. They also have their own restaurant just down of hotel and room was super clean as I expected so I would say overall best hotel in the Brescia

Sarah on the front desk was lovely and so helpful

The staff was very nice and they were very polite with us. The room was also very nice and clean.

Good location near the main roads leading into Brescia. Old fashioned style, with a lovely bed and a nice complementary breakfast. There was safe parking in the back and a restaurant for dinner (we didn’t go there).
