Wonderful artistic hotel in a small beautiful village. Claudio is the best host ever, he helped us with a lot of information - where to go, what to see, in which restaurants to try the local food. Our room was always clean and very comfortable. It was our first time in Umbria and really hope to come back again some day!

The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.

Apartment was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. So much thought had gone into this apartment, even charging cables beside each bed. Kitchen was well stocked, nice to have coffee, milk, water, etc. Furnishings all good quality, beds very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive, checking in with us. The apartment is in a block of flats, on the first floor with elevator. Parking space in the basement garage. Quiet. Easy to walk to a couple of cafes, pharmacy, two supermarkets and weekly market in front of the door. We stayed for 7 nights and used it as a base to explore this part of Umbria. Definitely need to have a car in this location. As we were there mid December, we didn't use the terrace but it is very spacious and can be accessed from the kitchen and one bedroom.
