Amazing views and surrounded by so much natural beauty. It really is picturesque here! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us, including the daily shuttle service to Levanto town and train station. Our room was spacious, clean and just perfect for our visit. Loved the service. The manager was exceptionally helpful, friendly and so so accommodating. He made taxi reservations, dinner reservations to a fabulous restaurant he recommended - which by the way, was our favorite restaurant from our entire trip. He also printed out the train schedule and explained how it worked. The room was amazingly comfort, we got upgraded without even requesting an upgrade. The bed was really comfy. Very clean. Loved all the staff, the breakfast was included and was so delicious, so was the cappuccinos yum! I highly recommend this hotel, and will absolutely stay there again in the future.
