Set in a villa Dating back to 1940 and refurbished in 2012, Hotel Il Miraggio is just 984 feet from Fregene’s seaside. Wi-Fi and bikes are free while a sweet Italian-style breakfast is served daily. The host is very friendly. He can speak English very well. It has a beautiful breakfast area and lounge area. It is very close to the beach but we were there only one night in October and didn't go to it. Also has an airport shuttle.
Hotel La Conchiglia is right on Fregene’s promenade, across from the beach. It offers free parking, and elegant rooms with air conditioning and satellite TV. Rome is 19 miles away. Truly great location. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Bicycles on site helped us get into village. EVERYONE we met was truly GREAT and FRIENDLY. ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY STAY AND HAD AN AMAZING TIME WITH BEACH ACROSS THE STREET. WOULD LOVE TO VISIT AGAIN!
Located in Fregene, 295 feet from Fregene Beach, Acquaviva B&B provides accommodations with free WiFi, a shared lounge and a garden. Absolutely lives up to the on line ratings. Giovanna has renovated her B&B as a work of art! Amazing!!! One tip: in the off season transportation to Fregene is not easy. Best if you have a car.

Marco, who is an extremely helpful host, giving advice and assisting whenever and where ever he can. The location is quiet and close to a park. It is a pleasant neighbourhood, with restaurants and other facilities just a short walk away. Next time I go to Fiumicino I'll be back!

With Fregene Beach reachable in a few steps, B&B Sinbad La Scialuppa offers accommodations, a restaurant, free bikes, a bar and a shared lounge. Complimentary WiFi is featured throughout the property.... We looked for a place near the Leonardo da Vinci airport for our last night in Italy before flying home. This was a most charming, attractive place in a residential neighborhood just north of Rome. Our hostess helped us settle in and gave us suggestions for drinks before dinner, and a great dinner place. It's a house with several rooms, plus a kitchen; there's on-street parking and it's about a block from the beach - you can hear the waves. The 20-minute drive to the airport the next morning was a very pleasant drive.
Located just 656 feet from Fregene Beach, Villa Martina provides accommodations in Fregene with access to a shared lounge, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. The Villa has four floors and plenty of space. It is possible to see the ocean from the balcony! The staff was really helpful with any question we had. She helped us with public transportion, airport transfer and trips to rome.

The resort was just a 30 minutes taxi ride from the Roma airport. Due to Covid-19 the resort was not a busy as I expected, but enough people around so I didn't feel like I was the only person there. Restaurants were still open, although not all of them. The resort was great for a lazy long weekend, sitting by the pool and walking along the beach. I'm thinking of going back next month, Covid-19 permitting.
The beach was beautiful and the sand was very soft. Restaurants were quaint and offered delicious food. This would be a great family beach in the summer or for couples or adults. It is definitely not a "party location."
The beach club restaurants were a little disorganised and I found the pasta dishes to be not as I expected. it is very difficult to get around Fregene without some sort of your own transport. In hindsite I woulf recommend hiring a car if you are going to Fregene as the public transport is very limited. The beach clubs are for the most very worn out, and there are very few shops close to the beach area. The town is a lot of very nice houses to look at, but the beach was split up by different beach clubs. I would have liked to visit the nature reserve but it was very hard to access it from the town. The Restaurants in the town were good and I really enjoyed S Club's atmosphere.
Fregene a small village in Italy. Was amazing. Hotel across the beach and beach restaurants made it convenient. The staff was very friendly and would def recommend it to family and friends. it was a nice get-away after we had been in paris for 4 days. It is a 30 min car ride at 6 am to Vatican and so well worth the stay to get away from he more touristy places like Rome and the OCEAN VIEW of our 2nd floor room made it so relaxing. The bicycles on the property are available to use at no extra charge and came in handy when we rode into town to the supermarket for the few things we needed. Totally an amazing place to stay. NOT LUXURIOUS - but very COZY and VERY CLEAN. loved every minute of it.
We were expecting more things to do - shops would have been nice. Being able to have some options for eating dinner before 730p would be nice, especially if traveling all day. Overall it was OK - just not what we were expecting/hoping for.
I visited in May and weather wan't that great but town is nice and quiet with good restaurants and bars and there is an excellent bike route along the sea front that I would recommend and also to have a bicycle there.
