2 main things I look for: bed length as I'm tall - good with my feet not dangling in the air, shower - functioning, not leaking and good water pressure. Other features that stood out: swimming pool with a view to the vineyard and mountains - it was great to relax and unwind after a hot day, we had a dinner and it was great (restaurant has the sticker about Michelin star they got in 2017), good breakfast.

It’s such a beautiful property, in a great location. Picture perfect views, and so many fantastic places to visit nearby. The apartments were really clean, and really nicely decorated. The family are all extremely friendly and approachable too. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return in the future.

Beautiful apartment located in a wine region. Self check-in thanks to videos sent in advance. Fully equiped, there only was not any washing machine in the apartment, but the owner was willing to borrow her own to us. Owner prepared premium local wines, which we could test and buy in case of interest.

The facility and grounds were beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the women who did our wine tasting and private dinner…she also baked us a cake for our anniversary! Little restaurant close by was excellent. We took a taxi to Verona and enjoyed the day there too. Would like to go back someday.

Well located to reach all of the beautiful sights.

Well located to reach all of the beautiful sights. We can highly recommend Osteria Numero Uno. It was exceptional. As was Osteria La Piere. Fumane makes getting to Garda Lake really easy and a day in Sirmione is a must-do!

the area of Vineyards, residents, restaurants and shops is so VERY WELCOMING!! The entire community makes you feel welcome and happy to have us there in their towns. With the amazing Lake Garda within 20 minutes and the unbelievable Valpolicella vineyards and wineries that fill the 3 valleys and hillsides, we had an endless choice of activities, not to mention the diverse shopping, talented chefs and incredible eateries that abound in the region. I highly recommend that if you have never been to this area of Italy that you go and enjoy this gem of a destination.

Exceptional stay, our highlight in Italy. Extremely helpful and professional staff, willing to accommodate any requests and taking time to also give a historic tour around the villa. We had the dinner at the villa which was really good, also breakfast was great and our wishes were considered. Dietary requirements well taken into account. This is a gem for anyone looking for a special stay in the historic villa, next to the wineries.

The property was beautiful, the room spacious, comfortable and had great AC (when it was 40c outside). The breakfast was all we needed and the charcouterie boards delicious. Plenty of space to park and in beautiful surroundings. The team at the hotel were great, friendly, chatty and knowledgable.
