The staff was amazing. We arrived past our check in time and they were able to check us in and make us dinner after a long day of riding our bikes. They even made us sandwiches for the next day to take with us on our bikes. It was an amazing stay at this property.

The staff was amazingly helpful, they helped us with ancillary activities and recommended the places to visit. Le vecchie Cantine itself is a wonderful place, in the heart of little Italian town Chianni where the time seems to stop... The room had beautiful arches and furniture seeming to date old times, but it was equipped with XXI century conveniences such as air conditioning. Perfect combination! The food was delicious and waiters helpful with making a choice from food and an extensive wine list. Fully recommend!

It was in a quaint village with a fort. The room was perfect for the needs of a couple with a cute room. We were concerned about the parking before we got to the property. Once at the property we found we could drive up near the property (walk about 100 feet (it is flat) if you stop your car at the first restaurant by the ZTL sign. Then park your car at the bottom, which is a minute walk up the road. We had no problem coming back at night to park.

The property was perfect for our family of four. The beautiful sun-drenched garden, with BBQ, outdoor furniture and children’s play equipment, kept the children busy and happy. Julia, the host, is so nice and helpful. The property location was perfect for our sight-seeing needs: easy drive to Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and to La Spezia for the train to Cinque Terra.

Fantastic location in a historical building. Fun layout with modern amenities within an old castle. The views are priceless. Short distance to the owners agriturismo where they make some beautiful wine. The pool on that farm is available to guests of this property making those hot days a little cooler. Close to restaurants, caffe and shops.

Beautiful comfortable property for our visit to Tuscany. The rooms were newly updated and very nice. We were early in the season so the pool was not open yet, but you could tell the view from the pool area would be amazing. The restaurant was amazing, and the breakfast was my favorite of our trip! Anna was such a kind and accommodating host.
