Friendly stuff and excellent breakfast

A real gem in Lake Maggiore, a real palazzo, felt like home! The most beautiful gardens ever seen and the landscape from my balcony! Friendly and Kind staff, always with a smile! Good breakfast.

Location was excellent, very central, also nice spacious bedrooms, clean and nicely maintained.

Management should be very proud of their friendly staff. Bea at reception was so welcoming and arranged for an early check in which was extremely appreciated after a 13 hour flight from Hong Kong and a 1 hour bus ride from Malpensa. A lovely super efficient Brazilian woman made our times in the dining room very happy. All staff were great but these two made our stay extremely pleasant. As others have written the breakfast alone was worth staying for… outstanding!! The room and bed was very comfortable and kept at just the right temperature. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay.

Great location in STRESA center, 5 minutes walk from the train station and a few minutes more to the ferry terminal. Supermarket CONAD nearby, a few minutes walk. Very clean, very nice staff. I had the single room but it is more spacious than in most places, even has a small closet with many hangers. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The free breakfast has more variety than usual: muesli, cereals, bread, jam, cheese, ham, juices, yogurt, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit mix.

This hotel is in a class of its own! Loved it! The room, the spa, the food in the restaurant.

Everything was perfect! Lovely and silent room with a Beautiful view! Staff was great and helpful. Skybar is Super! Good mention also for the restaurant: good food and beautiful atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Stresa and Borromeo Islands.

The location is just perfect. In the centre, walking distance for boat trips and bus stops

Amazing place to stay. Wonderful lake view and few steps away from everything. If you like to stroll down the promenade, just cross the road. The old town is just behind the hotel. Even if you want to go to any of the islands, just cross the road and the ticket office is just there.

Very nice hotel on a tiny little island. Felt like in a dream! Got upgraded to a lake view room with a balcony. Good breakfast, amazing view, kind and helpfull staff.

The hotel and the staff exceeded mu expectations.

Our room had partial view of the lake, from a lovely balcony. The staff are very helpful, spoke English and the property was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Airconditioning worked well and lift to upper levels. The 15 minute lake front walk to town was lovely

Locatia hotelului este excelenta,in centrul vechi, aproape de debarcader si de statii de autobuz. Micul dejun a fost bun si bogat. Hotelul are si un restaurant propriu cu preparate bune si serviciu prompt. Personalul amabil si profesionist. Raportul de pret performanta este excelent, recomand hotelul.

Beautiful hotel with amazing services ( SPA, breakfast, restaurant). The location is perfect to reach the borromees islands. The view is gorgeous. We loved it !
