Very good location close to the train station and the lake. Small room but very clean, clean bed linen and towels. , hot water. Although it was cold outside, the radiators in the room were hot...so we felt very good. Very kind and helpful staff.. they stored our luggage for a few hours while we walked around the city. They also have a living room next to the reception with very comfortable sofas...if you need to stay longer. Breakfast...open buffet...varied, fresh and very good food. For smokers a terrace with chairs and tables...right next to the dining room. They opened the terrace especially for us...there were no other smokers. That's why I say it again...very kind staff. I recommend it to everyone! Reception open 24/7. Initially I reserved an apartment with a lake view but they required me to arrive no later than 7pm. Congratulations and thank you very much!

Spotlessly clean staff very kind and helpful

Really lovely room, pretty, clean, quiet. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We were attending for a wedding and they even ironed my partners shirt for it. We really enjoyed staying there.

We had a good room with mountains view. It was quite and clean, everything was brand new. The room had everything we needed: climate control system, a teapot, a small fridge, etc. The breakfast isn't diversified, but it had a good quolity. Hint: the breakfast fulfilment seems to be different before and after 8:30. When we came too early the assortment was rather poor. But they brought more around 8:30.

Amazing little hotel right in front of the lake and a nice 20-minute walk to the centre (walking all the time by the lake in a parj park with great view). It's exactly in front of the hotel that the boats and ferries to Isola Bella and the other islands depart (there are different companies that take you to the islands, be aware of people claiming they provide the "official" boat tours and make your research). The hotel is very good and comfortable with great breakfast and nice staff. We would definitely go back.

The view was incredible. The breakfast had a lovely selection of food - the cherry tomatoes were amazing! Three walk into the centre of town is a beautiful and easy 1km stroll along the picturesque lake. Access to a pool was fabulous to recharge the tired legs.

Perfect location, right in the centre and close to the lake and boat trips. Lovely room with a balcony, spotlessly clean and with comfortable bed. Great shower. Excellent WiFi. Hearty breakfast with plenty of varieties to choose from. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great stay and would love to come back.

We loved the balcony, views, spacious room, lift, air-conditioning, pool, great staff, 24 hour reception and bar availability, wonderful breakfast and the walk down to the water.

Beautiful opulent building and surrounds. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa and outdoor pool - so relaxing. And lovely to be served aperitifs on the terrace. Plenty of staff and very attentive service. Just a short stroll to restaurants and the ferry.

Great location and facilities.

The hotel is fully renovated and everything looks beautiful and modern. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, and the garden is even more impressive – perfect for relaxing. The reception area, bar, and breakfast restaurant are all elegant and well-designed. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, the atmosphere is luxurious and very pleasant.

Brand-new Hotel (they opened on August the 4th). Extremely clean and modern facility, spectacular bedrooms with all anyone may need, wonderful finishes and very well furnished with an absolute taste of design. On top of everything, the staff was very kind and helpful, having our satisfaction as their number one priority. Also. We ate at their restaurant Le Bolle, in the bubbles. And it’s been a unique experience. We will definitely come back.
