I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is central, so I can recommend it.

Nice man making us coffee every morning

We LOVED everything about this place. The owner/manager (Peter) couldn't have been more helpful - he treated us like royalty. He even carried all our luggage up to the room (and that was heavy). The rooms (2 bedrooms) are lovely, beautifully designed, right under the roof, so we had a great view over the roofs of Bolzano. The bathroom was very modern and just fabulous, and everything was air-conditioned (which was great in 40 Degrees heat and after 10 hours on the bicycle!) There were even little treats in the rooms like perfumes and toiletries. A fantastic place!

Great location, at the very center of the city, friendly helpful staff. Clean room, a comfortable bed, rather good breakfast. Less exensive than many other hotels in Bolzano, but still is very expensive compared to other places in Europe.

Location is outstanding, easy to check-in, very clean

Very close to train station and bus stops. Adequate temperature in the room. 24 hour reception.

Very kind host, excellent breakfast, good location, clean rooms.

The location is amazing, 2 mins walk to the train station. Staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. They even provided discounts for cooperated restaurants, we tried one of them it's amazing. Breakfast usually starts at 7am, but we need to catch the train so the staff helped to arrange it at 6am, thank you!

Everything is perfect 👌🏻

amazing location very central and 5-6 min from the station . Very very nice hotel . Very clean and great facilities . Super friendly staff

Everything. From the beautiful facade, to the incredibly beautiful entrance to reception, from the helpful and friendly reception staff to the brilliant bar staff, nothing can top this place. It is in a very good location, the drinks and breakfast were brilliant, the rooms are wonderful. Definitely the most comfortable bed and pillows we have ever had the luxury of staying in. Beautiful views from the window to the mountains and cable car above. If you are ever wondering "will it be worth it?" It absolutely will, and it will exceed your expectations.

Love The Hotel. Location was great. Beautiful Garden and pool area. Booked twice in the same trip

The location was excellent; the staff was very service oriented, polite and friendly. The room was very clean. Nice bathroom with nice toiletries provided. There was also a good table in the room to place a laptop. The breakfast was very good.

I love the breakfast buffet and the staff: very very friendly. Also, Giuseppe, when I arrive late at night and checked in, was exceptionally friendly, what a nice person. You have such nice staff. I will come back.

It is a beautiful hotel, very beautifully decorated. The room was luxurious and looked impeccable. The staff were very helpful and had lots of information to share. The breakfast was lovely, great selection of food and eggs made to order. Thanks for a wonderful stay, will definitely recommend it to friends.

Extremely Clean, Central location and a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Enjoyed my week & a bit stay & will be back

best breakfasts ever! very clean rooms, nice and helpful ladies on reception - really enjoyed my 2 days there

Absolute outstanding view; breath taking. This was an absolute welcome discovery, very peaceful and tranquil gazing out at all the vineyards and beautiful rustic homes in the hills. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful, very courteous and made us feel really welcome with their warm manner. We loved a big puffy duvet and comfy bed. A lovely touch having a well stocked mini bar at the end of the hallway on each floor where you could help yourself to a drink and then pay later at Reception. We enjoyed the convenience of this and had a lovely glass of wine enjoying the view from the deck. Fantastic that there was on site free parking available for our indoor car. The breakfast was also outstanding with so much choice and beautiful fresh fruit. Thank you very much for a great couple of days.

Incredibly attentive staff. They also went above and beyond to make my fiancé feel very special on her Birthday!

Had a great time in the hotel. The staff was very kind and nice, nothing like i've met before!! Really really recommend.

Stunning view, brilliant staff, good food. Would highly recommend a stay here

The staff were incredible. The Flix bus drops you at the Bolzano Sud station which is no where near the main station and there were no taxis around in the early evening. I could have taken the train to the next station, but was unfamiliar with the metro system so when I called the hotel, they called me a taxi. That was just the beginnng of a great experience that included allowing me a late check out with no charge due to a rainy day departure. Breakfast was really good, the building is so interesting architecturally and very well decorated, and the location is great.

We had the most amazing experience at Saltus. Very friendly staff, amazing environment.
