Lovely hotel. Excellent for a stopover on our motorbike roadtrip. Private parking. Restaurant offering nice food. Clean. Nice sized rooms. Breakfast was varied, though you have to get there early if you want a full choice.

What a wonderful place to stay in! A stylish apartment in the centre of historic Orte. Spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Shops,restaurants and all attractions are just footsteps away. Flaviano is wonderful host; communication was excellent, checking in and out very easy and he gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. I would definately stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Great location if you want to explore the medieval town of Narni, in the very center, quiet. Three minutes from the parking lot. The underground parking card given by the host helped a lot. Comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very clean. Thank You, Marco :)

Our first night in Italy was made easier by our friendly and helpful hosts. Located just inside the town gates, we stayed in the pink room, which was immaculate and very quiet. We were able to park and off load our luggage opposite the accommodation and then found a park, just outside the gates. Breakfast was a simple affair with delicious homemade cakes, pastries, ham, cheese, toast, tea and coffee.
