Luca warmly welcomed us on arrival, helped with our luggage, and gave us a tour of the house. My mum and I stayed for five days and returned from our trip feeling completely refreshed. The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.

First of all, the staff. Fantastic. Starting with the receptionist, restaurant staff and especially the chef, Tatiana. Room and toilet, very clean. The hotel has plenty of parking, a quiet area in the middle of the mountains, and unreal scenery. Great experience; I will definitely come back.

Breakfast was very good and staff generally very helpful. The main staff are all family members and really have a wonderful eye for details and tried to make our experience and very enjoyable one. Slight problem at the initial start but was corrected and smooth sailing afterwards. Room size was small but comfortable enough. Facilities, especially the facial that my mother had were fabulous. Diner menu limited but adequate and the only complaint was that the veal shank was not properly cooked and had very little taste. Also the veal schnitzel was really mediocre and had no taste.
