Good location. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Villa Pitiana is a true palace, with a beautiful atmosphere from the reception to the rooms. The first-floor rooms (4, 5, 6, and 7) are particularly impressive, with very large spaces, high ceilings, elevated beds, and spacious bathrooms. We stayed in room 7, which had both a bathtub and a shower, a double sink, bidet, and toilet. Complimentary bottled water was also provided. The villa’s pool is clean and spacious, open until 8 PM. The entrance area in the pool is shallow, but after the steps it becomes quite deep, around 2 meters. There are many shaded areas, a large landscaped garden, and even an outdoor fitness area next to a small pond. The restaurant is good; we tried both breakfast and dinner, and the food was consistently tasty, from beef tartare to pasta. Drinks are reasonably priced. .

Simply a paradise on earth. Incredibly well maintained property - full of history that makes you wonder the different ways of living the family cultivated across many generations; stunning surroundings — take your time for a nuce walk and enjoy the view; relaxing yet very fun activities to make the most of your time; highly comfortable renovated rooms which preserved all elements to make you feel like living in another century with the comfort items for a modern accommodation; excellent food at the trattoria, make sure you reserve it; and what can we say about the most amazing and welcoming staff. A big shout out to the team at this property that made our 10year anniversary such a remarkable moment, even during a short trip. We’re definitely coming back many times!
