Extremely friendly staff, on a fantastic location to wake up every morning, with plenty and safe parking. Breakfast was great, room was spacious and very clean. Positively surprised with the quality and variety of the dinner. Maybe a bit far from some of the main sights of the Dolomites but for us was not an issue. Great choice!

Very warm and kind host family with excellent pizza and spaghetti. Room is very nice with good view.

Nice modern rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and amazing location, especially if you want to go skiing. 20 mins by car to Ortisei to enjoy Alpe di Suisi or 25 mins to get to Santa Christina and do Sella Ronda tour 🙂 Hotel has a good sauna which is a bliss after a long day in the mountains. We also enjoyed the restaurant/pizzeria in the hotel and staff working there 😌

Wonderful haven in the mountains. Rooms were great. New, fresh, modern and well designed. Breakfast was exceptional. Pools (indoor and outdoor) were beautiful. Setting was lovely. Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. 100% recommend.

The staff is amazing! Very thoughtful and nice!! They think about all the details. I loved the room and the view! The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The food available too and has a fair price. They gave me all the information for the buses I needed to go visit other places. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Chiusa and to the Alps in Villandro. The structure of the hotel is amazing!. I have just good things to say. I totally recomend the hotel!

Super clean and fresh like it was just built yesterday , the views are outstanding, the reception stuff was super friendly with early checkin and late checkout, 100% recommended

The property was beautiful, pool and spa facilities were fantastic and the food was fantastic. Most of all Customer service and level of hospitality was next level, the hotel could not have done anymore to accommodate our needs. We were travelling with a 18month old, they facilitated her dinner early at 6pm which allowed us to manage routine and enjoy our lovely dinner at 7 when the restaurant opened. Wine recommendations, room Service, attention to detail, decorating the dinner table for our evening meal as it was a special occasion. It was an amazing stay made even better by the wonderful staff especially in the restaurant/Bar.

Nor just a great guesthouse, but it has an outstanding restaurant with superlative and imaginative dishes.

The location is beautiful, quiet and secluded. The road to the hotel is an adventure on its own! The service is super and the staff is friendly and accommodating. For example: When we arrived on the destination at 14:30 we didn’t have any lunch yet and although the kitchen was closed they provided us with a cheese & meat platter, bread and dips. With breakfast they prepare fresh eggs any way you’d like (scrambled, sunny side up, cooked). We were looking forward to some peace and quiet and we found that here. The room was also very clean.

The hotel is in the historic centre of Chiusa, and while renovated, they maintained many parts of the old building. The breakfast was simply amazing. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was also super good.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was excellent!

This has been one of my favourite stays to date, everything about the property was beautiful - the room, garden, pool, breakfast & staff. The location was a perfect gateway into the region & with the Sudtrol Pass - it was great to roam around for free!

Family hotel Very very friendly

Location of the hotel, the view on the valley, size and interior of the rooms and the spa were all superb. I was surprised to know the hotel rating is 3* because in my opinion it is a solid 4* at least. The staff went beyond their way to make us enjoy our stay, were super attentive and hospitable. I would love to come back in the winter.
