It was very clean and fresh and just what I needed

Have stayed here four times now whilst driving down/up Italy. A very clean and comfortable hotel with a real old-fashioned quality feel. Safe location and close to restaurants and motorway. Breakfast is exceptional !

Very good and near train station and nice place I’m so happy

Nice breakfast with home made pastries

Very clean hotel. With very good staff that really cares for there customers. Very good breakfast. Very good garage too . Quiet area and plenty space to park in front and back of the hotel. Easy to get from the autostrada and fuel station next door.

The hotel is really nice, it's been the second time booking, the room is clean and big, it's quite in the night and the breakfast is really good, the staffs were very helpful, we were looking for taxi to go to the train station but both freenow and Uber were out of service there, their manager drove us to the train station without a second thought, It was really a positive experience, will book again for sure, thank you for the lady driving us to the train station and being nice to us.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great breakfast and more than excellent service! Our flight was late and they did everything they could to make sure we still had a nice stay. They even contacted us at 2:30AM to ensure we arrived safely. Highly recommend!

great service and so welcoming

The Borro Relais & Châteaux is a magic place, where time stops and you can relax in one of the most enchanting places of Tuscany. The staff was absolutely perfect and the level of services was really high.

My stay at Chapter Chianti was absolutely wonderful. The resort is brand new, beautifully designed, and such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Even though I only stayed for one night, I managed to completely switch off and unwind. I also spent some time at the spa and had a treatment, more specifically a relaxing massage. It was the perfect way to relax and make the most of my stay. As it was my only evening at the resort, I also decided to have dinner at Osso Restaurant. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff (all the members) were all incredibly friendly and helpful during my short stay. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. I'll definitely be coming back next year with my partner for a longer visit!

Location , rooms and mostly the restaurant which was world class

The room was like a villa with two baths balkony etc.
