I really liked the hotel, clean rooms, snow-white bed linen and towels, there are all necessary hygiene products, delicious breakfast. There is free parking from the hotel. I recommend!!

I liked everything about the property. It is located in the historical center, but we were able to park the motorbike nearby. Just across the hotel we found very good gelato and also pizzeria Da Pedro. Marianna and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful and made some calls for us to help us fix our motorbike. I could only recommend this place to anyone and would come here again!

Fabulous location, friendly staff. Hotel restaurant is really nice, overlooking the lake, with a good menu and plenty of choice. Breakfast is good as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were super friendly, hotel was impeccable and the location was amazing! We loved the hot tub and honesty bar - it was a great touch.

They served me breakfast at 10am after my kitesurfing session in the morning, and were very kind to me remembering I would come late. I will definetely come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views of Lake Garda and the city from our window. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The location is excellent, with the lake and mountains nearby. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable hotel. We had a stunning balcony lake view. Lake across the road ... literally 10 meters. 30 min walk to Malcasine along the coastal path. Pool was open and in the sun. Great restaurant. Busy even when other hotels were winding down. Water sports across the road. Lovely staff. And the most spotless clean hotel I ever stayed in. Spar shop and bus stop were 10 minutes walk away. Fabulous

Location …. The staff specially the family owned involvement … Restaurant and food quality and they don’t charge service charge or table charge… Spacious room and daily cleaning even we didn’t expect that… Parking if available is exactly outside the balcony… Even received a birthday greetings and a small gift which was not at all expected…. Kudos to the management…: Nice breakfast…

Private parking behind the gates (5min walk to hotel) 💯 Simple rooms, but with everything you need for a stay. Very central location, in the middle of old town and everything is very close - shops, terraces, beaches, castle, cafes, cable car.

Hotel Firenze is in an ideal location in the Malcesine old town. The hotel has an excellent restaurant below which is frequented by locals, and had the best Tiramisu! The restaurant also had a great children’s menu. The staff are all lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a spread of pastries, cakes, cereals, fruits, boiled eggs, bread rolls, cheese and meats and unlimited tea/coffee. The hotel is close to all amenities, including a Eurospar for grocery shopping. The bus stop is just 100 metres away, and boats/ferries going to Limone are just a short walk away. The room was very big with air conditioning, an en suite shower, and a good sized balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The room was cleaned with fresh towels and linen provided daily. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay at Hotel Firenze again.

Wonderful property. Lovely staff... Large, bright, well-appointed room with lakeview and balcony. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Excellent breakfasts and food service during the day. Short walk into Malcesine.
