In the popular Cinque Terre Park, a quarter mile from the coastline, Ca' D'Andrean is in central Manarola. It has free Wi-Fi throughout, grounds with tables and chairs, and a bar. Lovely modern family owned hotel, converted from making wine to hosting guests. Super clean and stylish. Public areas very attractive, as they have retained the character from it's previous life - arches, bricks revealed, nicely framed and lit. We had 2 rooms - a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles. Great modern bathrooms and the double bed room had a deck, which was very nice. The other bedroom had a pretty view of the town, and the garden. The garden was where you could take breakfast - so nice to do that. Quiet, being at the top end of the town. Delightful checkin with the owner (Philippe?), who helped us with our luggage. Not very many stairs, as the entry to our rooms was more or less level with the street. Breakfast was continental, but delicious. The day we arrived we had an 'American' breakfast' 5 minutes down the street from hotel at 'Da Aristide' wonderful scrambled eggs etc. We ate dinner at La Regina di Manarola about 8 mins from hotel - awesome food, decor, and view. We travelled on the boat for a swim at Riomaggiore, and then swam in the harbour at Manarola. Shame the walk was not open to Corniglia. You will love this hotel and town!
Located in Manarola, Affittacamere San Giorgio is 689 feet from the seafront. It offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi in public areas. Everything was impeccable! Francesca is an excellent host, always available for anything you need. It is important to state that the photos doesn’t really show how nice, well decorated and cozy the apartment is. And you stay right next to the Main Street and really close to the train station.
Featuring a terrace and views of sea, Il Sogno di Manarola by The First is located in Manarola, 1.1 miles from Riomaggiore Beach. we had a mixup at this property and I was worried that things wouldn’t work out but owner made sure everything went smoothly. I had no stress or tension when I got there! the whole property was just gorgeous and perfect!
Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Arpaiu - Odeyo Sas offers both rooms and apartments in Manarola. Every room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Lovely room with access to the terrace at the top of the building with lovely views of the water. Really easy advance check which meant we could quickly drop off our bags and start exploring.
Lovely village but only 3 shops to buy food in if you want to self cater. No bakery. Lots of places to buy pizza, foccaica and snacks. Great ice cream shops. It’s not a big place so not lots to do if you don’t want to hike. Loads of steep steps in village so not disability friendly at all. Lovely habour where you can sit and deep water swim. We had fab weather which helped. Great access to trains and trips to other Cinque Terre villages. Hop on hop off boat is a great thing to do.
We visited all the villages in the Cinque Terre and Manarola was our favourite, great views, shops, easy to walk to neighbouring villages and plenty restaurants and cafes to choose from. Easy to get to train station too
Manarola is a great launch point to see all 5 towns, but note that the walks on either side of the town are closed now until 2024 due to landslides. There is a "high walk" option to Corniglia But it is easy to catch the train to Vernazza and pick up the trail to Monterosso from there. All 5 towns are wonderful. Book way ahead -- a few months-- if you want to stay in any of them and want a room with a view. Boats and trains connect them all easily.
Manarola was beautiful and a bit inconveniente to access to. It was VERY BAD WE DID NOT HAVE INTERNET AND TV SERVICE. I will not recommend the Liersena Sea View place. Booking.com should make it clear that NO INTERNET WILL BE AVAILABLE.
I thought Manarola was the prettiest of the 5 towns in Cinque Terra. There isn’t really a beach, but rather rocks that people jump off of into the beautiful blue water. I’m not a big swimmer myself, but could not resist jumping in too! Like the other nearby towns, there are lots of shops and restaurants. Manarola is set on a hillside, so the walks around town (and to our rental) were interesting. Maybe choose another location to stay if you aren’t somewhat fit.
Nice village but very small and invaded with cheap tourism (as the rest of Cinque Terre). Would not go back and would suggest people to visit Cinque Terre in 1 day and not stay there, preferably from the sea, with a boat trip as the crowds are truly unbearable.
Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than I had expected and with a lovely terrace and view as well. The hotel is not cheap, but I knew that the Cinque Terre can be expensive so perhaps I had relatively low expectations. Therefore we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quality option to stay in one of the 5 villages. Great location with an easy walk into town (steep but manageable hill) and not too close to be noisy.
Location location location. Manarola is probably the best choice if looking for great views and pictures in Cinque Terre. But arriving with luggage on a hot summer day or coming back late in the evening, the last thing you want is climbing endless streets to find your hotel. Ca de Gianchi - Verdeblù is just across the entrance of the tunnel to the train station (less than 1 minute walking distance).
location ideal-be prepared to walk uphill a lot , very close to restaurant Billys-would recommend eating there. Room was very modern and finally a comfortable bed. I recommend the porter service to bring your luggage from car park to and from the apartment. A great place to base your visit to Cinque Terre. They also run a restaurant Regina di Manarola which was close by and very good.
The room is everything we wanted and more. The largest and best shower we had in 12 days of traveling through Italy, and a very comfortable and clean room. When we arrived to check in, the staff member helped us to bring our luggage (Manarola is very hilly so this was so appreciated). if I come back to Manarola I will stay at 5 Terre, I wish we could have stayed a little longer!
The staff are exceptional! We felt so welcome as soon as we arrived. The room and bathroom were more spacious than expected. There’s no breakfast provided, but they left us crackers, biscuits, jam and espresso to start off the morning. They also do boat tours around Cinque Terre, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to do this during our stay.
best location in manarola , panoramic view for senset with everything arround you , Clean, Comfortable and helpfull, cooperate staff ( they sent to my all the information and the best way to reach manarola and answering gladly all my questions. finally , this is your best choice to visit and enjoying your stay in manarola , don't miss it
Exceptional welcome from our host Stefano and his wife, detailed guidelines on how to tour around the Cinque Terre, excellent advice on dinner and breakfast spots.. Our expectations were not just met, but way exceeded! Perfect anti-COVID measures and hygiene as well. Should we talk about the view? Well, judge for yourself.
The room was funcional, clean and with the basic convenience for a short stay in Cinque Terre. The owners are caring people and very attentive to help guests. The property is nicely located on the side of a creek and accessible following the main road all the way up from the beach level.
The host greeted us with a warm welcome and info about the hiking trails and best places to eat. It felt like visiting an old friend. Manarola is one of the most beautiful cities of Cinque Terre, truly a paradise on earth. Also the view from the apartamento is breath taking.
Beautiful place to stay, right in the port. Went for a morning swim every day after a short downhill wander to the harbour, before exploring the adorable village and Cinque Terre. Clean, simple, beautiful room, small hotel/b&b, helpful and friendly staff.
The terrace has a view that cannot be beaten in all the cinque terre. Could you find a more luxurious accommodation? Yes. Will it be nicer? No. Highly recommended both for the place and for Roberto, who's personal touch made our stay exceptional.
the place has the perfect view of Manarola, going up by step it's very challenging but there is other easy way. Room very clean and big ! everything is modern. The host is the nicest person we've meet in Italy ! Go Elenaaaa !!!
The location of this apartment in Manarola is very convenient. also, it was clean, had plenty of room for my family of five & the fire from the little balcony was nice!
Amazing view from our balcony, best in Manarola! Great location to explore the village and the others that make up Cinque Terre - would definitely book again.
Comfy and romantic room with upstairs bathroom just for the two of us, great location in the heart of Manarola in Cinque Terre
Breakfast in the garden was an amazing experience. The hotel provides complementary breakfast.
