In the popular Cinque Terre Park, a quarter mile from the coastline, Ca' D'Andrean is in central Manarola. It has free Wi-Fi throughout, grounds with tables and chairs, and a bar. Friendly, helpful staff. The building is charming, well maintained and clean. There is a peaceful, beautiful garden where you sit to have breakfast. Great location in Manarola - short walk from the train station and next to the start of the Manarola - Volastra - Corniglia hiking trail.
A 2-minute walk from Manarola’s rocky beaches, Hotel Marina Piccola features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. It is characterized by the stone walls contrasting with the modern... best location in manarola , panoramic view for senset with everything arround you , Clean, Comfortable and helpfull, cooperate staff ( they sent to my all the information and the best way to reach manarola and answering gladly all my questions. finally , this is your best choice to visit and enjoying your stay in manarola , don't miss it
Da Baranin is in the highest part of Manarola in a tranquil area. Just over a quarter mile from the sea, it includes rooms and studios with kitchen facilities and features free Wi-Fi in public areas... Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly! Loved it here
Immersed in the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ca de Gianchi - Verdeblù features free WiFi. Clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked fine. In the corridor, there is a shared kitchen with a coffee machine. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location - right at the exit of the tunnel from the train station. You don't have to go uphill a lot with a suitcase, the climb from the beach is not very steep either. I was there around 10:30 and the room was ready and cleaned. The host showed me great places for breakfast and dinner and gave a discount on the Cinque Terre Card which was very useful. During my solo trip, I felt very safe there. I will definitely come back :)
Olimpo Affittacamere is located in Manarola, a 15-minute walk from Riomaggiore Beach and 1.5 miles from Corniglia Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Truly incredible views from all windows. Literally “Bucket List” views. Spectacular is an understatement. The host was amazing, instant door code access. Can’t wait to visit again.
Located in Manarola, Luxury Seaview Apartments Manarola by Arbaspàa has sea views and free WiFi, a 15-minute walk from Riomaggiore Beach and 1.5 miles from Corniglia Beach. Beautiful location, stunning views of the town, the sea front and the hills in front of us with the Christmas decorations and all the lights, the atmosphere is very romantic
Manarola, in our opinion is the cutest town, great restaurants, cafes, and beach views. We visited all 5 and also loved Monterosso for the beach. Riomaggiore was beautiful but crowded and loud, Vernazza was also very crowded but very charming, worth visiting. Cornigglia is at the top of the mountain and we had a very brief but very hot and crowded minibus ride to the top to see it (but its also worth visiting). We will come back and stay in Manarola or maybe Monterosso, because the beach is so much fun.
Beautiful area to see with the houses build in the mountain. Saying this it also means that if you visit you better bring your walking shoes as everything is up or down. Fun to start; but gets boring fast. It is located at the sea; but there is not really a beach; people are sunbathing on the rocks in the surrounding. From a dinner perspective it is all a bit high volume tourist based food (that we could find), and just not enough for all the people visiting; so in the evening people are waiting to get a table. The train and bus to go to the other villages of the Cinque terre work very well and the areas are nice to see; but a bit more of the same.
Manarola was very quaint and we had a lovely, relaxing visit. The hikes are a bit of a challenge, especially with the heat, but if you are ready for it, GO! Your legs are in a lot better shape when you leave as even through town there is an incline and a slope, all doable, but it is there. Each restaurant has that GREAT ITALIAN FOOD that you are hoping to eat. You will not be disappointed. Trinket shops are around between the restaurants, but it was hard to find stamps or a post office to send out post cards. The beach at Montorosso is the hot spot for umbrellas and sea glass colored water. Each place does offer some swimming, but Montorosso really catered to that. The church was open, but the priest was there only certain days. You can enter and reflect, but it is under construction and it isn't clear when mass is held.
Manarola has changed a bit since our last visit as far more tourists are present. It still has its small town charm, however, and is not an overwhelming stop. Great restaurants and many friendly people.
We enjoyed staying in Manarola. It is a nice central town making it easy to explore Cinque Terre. Because we were there in the fall of '21, few Americans were present and it was delightfully uncrowded. There was a wide selection of restaurants and bars and the bodega near the apartment in Manarola carried everything a traveler might need. Hiking was pleasant but not easy. Stair steps up the cliffs led to beautiful views. We purchased a Cinque Terre pass which came in handy and allowed us to hope from town to town on the train.
Great central town to visit Cinque Terre. Easy to reach the other towns by train. Take the Ferry at least once to see the towns from the sea. Pesto class at Nessun Dorma was the best-do it if you can. Take your time. Have a meal or a drink down by the water. We ate at Billy's and Regina di Manarola-excellent meals and great terraces to see the sunsets.
- Most incredible view from the terrace. Quiet, serene & breathtaking views from the terrace and even bathroom :) - Overall, I think this is one of the best places I've ever stayed in because of that terrace view and I'd definitely recommend people choosing this apartment as their Manarola home while in the Cinque Terre area. - The staff managing the property were amazing. Super responsive and helpful in answering my questions over whatsapp :) - The apartment is modern, super spacious and recently renovated
Location location location. Manarola is probably the best choice if looking for great views and pictures in Cinque Terre. But arriving with luggage on a hot summer day or coming back late in the evening, the last thing you want is climbing endless streets to find your hotel. Ca de Gianchi - Verdeblù is just across the entrance of the tunnel to the train station (less than 1 minute walking distance).
The view from the room was incredible! The hotel is right at the top of the little valley Manarola sits in with a view looking down over the town to the water. We spent all our time in the room relaxing out on the balcony. The room itself was nice, with windows on both sides allowing for a cool cross breeze. Breakfast was good and convenient as well. Perfect for filling up before a day of exploring.
Fantastic location, just a few steps from the train station and the marina. Good size room and the best shower ever! Good water pressure, hot and spacious. Giorgio was very helpful with advice and quick to respond to messages. It was a beautiful option for exploring Manarola and the rest of Cinque Terre. Thank you for a great stay!
Location was excellent. Right at the end of the tunnel to the train, so easy access. Small balcony was great for people watching. Bottle of wine in the room was a nice added touch. Manarola seemed to be less busy that the other Cinque Terre towns. Small market available only a few doors away. Good restaurants close at hand.
The location was amazing. Right near the main street of Manarola. Which, in our opinion, is the nicest of the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. The room was perfect as a place to start exploring Cinque Terre, whether on the train or on foot. The staff was really really nice and gave us a 10% discount in their souvenir shop.
Convenient and beautiful location, a short walk up the hill from Manarola's main street (Via Renato Birolli). Our room was comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition. The hosts, Tullia and her husband, Paolo, are warm and kind people who will not hesitate to help whenever they can. Highly recommended!
We stayed at Willy’s apartment with our 3 children aged 10, 9 and 7. It was the perfect base for us to explore the beautiful Cinque Terre. Clean and spacious and very good value. Very central to restaurants, the train station and a short stroll to the waterfront. We would highly recommend this apartment.
Two bedroom apartment with a beautiful balcony view. Full kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Host provided a couple of bottles of wine from the family plot up the hill for less than the cost of two glasses. Location in Manarola is great, not too far up the hill.
Very nice, modern and spacious room, at a perfect location: in probably the cutest village of Cinque Terre, at a quiet street just off the main village road. And within close distance from the station. Comfy beds and bathroom, with a wellness-like rain shower.
Very nice location, in the best village of the cinque terre and isolated from all tourists. Nice room, with a very big terrasse, large bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast is nice and served in a little cute garden.
One of the best views I have ever seen in my life! Basic but clean and comfortable room. Roberto was a very gracious host and made us feel very welcomed and the property was a short walk to the rest of Manarola.
Really great! Clean, comfortable room, close to everything. Owners are very friendly. Ideal place to stay in Manarola and Cinque Terre overall.
Perfect location! Will recomend to stay in Manarola and this place if this is tour first time in Cinque Terre !! Very friendly host !!!
Best location in Cinque Terre. Clean room. Kind staffs. I will definitely book this hotel for our future Cinque Terre trips.
The Cinque Terre is a really nice place. It was not a room, it was a little apartament. Very big. Thank You to the staff!!!
Beautiful lodge at amazing location in Cinque Terre. Spatious rooms with original furniture and luxurious bathroom.
We had a wonderful stay at Ca de Baran The location was awesome. Very close to the train station and to Manarola’s top attractions. It was on a very quiet street after supper, we felt very safe! This was my second time staying here, and will be back in future because it’s great!
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.
