In the popular Cinque Terre Park, a quarter mile from the coastline, Ca' D'Andrean is in central Manarola. It has free Wi-Fi throughout, grounds with tables and chairs, and a bar. Liked the garden setting for breakfast alot!! Loved the father working in the garden, made it seem family friendly.
A 2-minute walk from Manarola’s rocky beaches, Hotel Marina Piccola features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. It is characterized by the stone walls contrasting with the modern... Very good location in the middle of Manarola. The staff was very friendly and our room was great. I would definitely stay here again!
Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Arpaiu - Odeyo Sas offers both rooms and apartments in Manarola. Every room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. So welcoming stuff!! The view is just spectacular, the best view in Manarola. Every small detail of the place is such a nice touch, well decorated and clean. I wish I could stay more!!
Da Baranin is in the highest part of Manarola in a tranquil area. Just over a quarter mile from the sea, it includes rooms and studios with kitchen facilities and features free Wi-Fi in public areas... Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly! Loved it here
Located in Manarola, Luxury Seaview Apartments Manarola by Arbaspàa has sea views and free WiFi, a 15-minute walk from Riomaggiore Beach and 1.5 miles from Corniglia Beach. Beautiful location, stunning views of the town, the sea front and the hills in front of us with the Christmas decorations and all the lights, the atmosphere is very romantic
Immersed in the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ca de Gianchi - Verdeblù features free WiFi. Clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked fine. In the corridor, there is a shared kitchen with a coffee machine. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location - right at the exit of the tunnel from the train station. You don't have to go uphill a lot with a suitcase, the climb from the beach is not very steep either. I was there around 10:30 and the room was ready and cleaned. The host showed me great places for breakfast and dinner and gave a discount on the Cinque Terre Card which was very useful. During my solo trip, I felt very safe there. I will definitely come back :)
Olimpo Affittacamere is located in Manarola, a 15-minute walk from Riomaggiore Beach and 1.5 miles from Corniglia Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. I liked everythin. New hotel, clean, very good service from Elena the manager, nice sun terrace, very nice view, perfect situatedi in Manarola. Couldn`t been better :-) Elena gives her guest the best service :-)
A 15-minute walk from Riomaggiore Beach, 5 TERRE PELAGOS is located in Manarola and provides free WiFi and a tour desk. Some units at the property feature a balcony with a river view. Amazing and welcoming staff! They let us know ahead of time the parking situation and even met up with us at the residence so we didn’t have to walk down to the reception to walk back up! Location was at a happy mid way point from the parking lot to the middle of town. They even booked us a sunset cruise when the site wasn’t working. A/C was a huge bonus too!
Manarola has changed a bit since our last visit as far more tourists are present. It still has its small town charm, however, and is not an overwhelming stop. Great restaurants and many friendly people.
We enjoyed staying in Manarola. It is a nice central town making it easy to explore Cinque Terre. Because we were there in the fall of '21, few Americans were present and it was delightfully uncrowded. There was a wide selection of restaurants and bars and the bodega near the apartment in Manarola carried everything a traveler might need. Hiking was pleasant but not easy. Stair steps up the cliffs led to beautiful views. We purchased a Cinque Terre pass which came in handy and allowed us to hope from town to town on the train.
Great central town to visit Cinque Terre. Easy to reach the other towns by train. Take the Ferry at least once to see the towns from the sea. Pesto class at Nessun Dorma was the best-do it if you can. Take your time. Have a meal or a drink down by the water. We ate at Billy's and Regina di Manarola-excellent meals and great terraces to see the sunsets.
Whilst all the Cinque Terre villages are beautiful and have a distict personality, Manarola perhaps offers the most dramatic 'seaside' feel. Monterosso has a proper beach but less of a beautiful backdrop, and Manarola has a vibrant harbour area and some great bars overlooking the sea. A sundowner cocktail at the gloriously positioned Nessum Dorma is a must, but do go well before sunset or you'll have to queue for a table.
Stunning village in a dramatic setting with great views. We've been twice, the first time in the summer - take a sunset boat cruise, a magical experience. Plan to stay overnight to get the true flavour of this lovely little town once the crowds have left. At Christmas time the town is much quieter but just as lovely. The Christmas lights on the hillside surrounding the town well worth seeing. Visit Nessun Dorma for fab views of the town and great drinks/snacks - it's open when the sun shines all year round!
Beautiful location. Terrific hiking. Weather the day I arrived and day left were poor - and entire area shuts down. 3 of the four major hikes not available. Lots of tourists especially large groups made some towns unbearably crowded.
This was a highlight on our 3 week trip to Italy! It was a little tricky to find, but once we found it we were stunned! The view is unbelievable! The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We bought food to go and ate on the roof-top patio because we couldn't get enough of the view. We stayed three days but would love to return and stay longer!
La Torretta Lodge was absolutely perfect! The property and rooms are beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating and eager to help with everything from suggesting wine tastings to assisting with bringing our (not so light) luggage to the train station. No better way to start the day then waking up to this view and freshly made omelet !
Location was superb at the bottom of the village. The accommodation was very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, it was nice to dine with other guests at the long table each morning. Great couple of days to start our trip in Cinque Terre, I would recommend spending time in Manarola and using it as your base.
Exceptional welcome from our host Stefano and his wife, detailed guidelines on how to tour around the Cinque Terre, excellent advice on dinner and breakfast spots.. Our expectations were not just met, but way exceeded! Perfect anti-COVID measures and hygiene as well. Should we talk about the view? Well, judge for yourself.
Bruno and Roberto were great hosts! They responded well to all our messages before and during our stay and were very accommodating. The apartment was very spacious for Cinque Terre space standards. It was also recently remodeled. Would highly recommend this apartment to our friends and family.
The staff was very helpful and serviceminded. The best service we had during our roundtrip in Cinque Terre. The room was clean, delicate and very nice. The bed was big and comfortable. It was a plus that it was a coffee machine and beach towels in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
We have enjoyed staying in this place – Eraldo is a great host, view from the balcony is probably one of the best in Cinque Terre, apartment was specious, well equipped (including washing machine), and nicely cool (despite hot temperatures outside).
Located right above one of the best restaurants in Cinque Terre, Trattoria dal Billy. Perfect view of the sunset and beach. Property is big with 2 bathrooms and a sauna. Wish we could have stayed longer
Overall great value for the money. Location was perfect balance between elevation/scenery but not overly burdensome to get your luggage to (for Cinque Terre standards!)
Modern room. Well decorated and fully equipped. Complementary Nespresso coffee in the room turns out to be the best coffee from a week's stay in Italy.
Willy’s was in a great location in Manarola and close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for our family.
Nice location. Simone was very helpful and informative. This is a hotel that has been in the family for more than 100 years. Great story!
Cute and very nice. Seems to be recently updated. Definitely would stay here again if we came the Cinque Terre.
great location and views, cosy and a great base for a stay in cinque Terre
Location is excellent .. best view of manarola!
The room was very stylish and super clean. It was spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom was also very modern and nicely decorated. Our host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us tips around the city. There is a shared balcony, overlooking the city of Manarola and gives a very nice view on probably the biggest square of the city. It is very nice for chilling. All in all a very positive experience and a good stay. Thank you very much!
We had a wonderful stay at Ca de Baran The location was awesome. Very close to the train station and to Manarola’s top attractions. It was on a very quiet street after supper, we felt very safe! This was my second time staying here, and will be back in future because it’s great!
The property itself is a hidden gem. Small but cozy, it has all of the appliances needed. The people who manage the location are amazing, they guide you to the house, show you the apartment and are fully open to communicate when needed.
Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly! Loved it here
