In the popular Cinque Terre Park, a quarter mile from the coastline, Ca' D'Andrean is in central Manarola. It has free Wi-Fi throughout, grounds with tables and chairs, and a bar. Fantastic garden,.nice rooms and good amenities. Two minutes from the centre of Manarola it was excellent. Slightly expensive, but great value considering other stays in the location

Located within 1.7 mi of Canneto Beach in Manarola, Luxury Seaview Apartments Manarola by Arbaspàa features accommodations with free WiFi and seating area. My second visit to Cinque Terra. Most memorable on my first visit was Billys restaurant. Finding your property next to Billys with such a great view was a treat. Thank you
Immersed in the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ca de Gianchi - Verdeblù features free WiFi. Everything was fantastic but most importantly the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, helped me make restaurant reservations, gave me tips and just plainly were 100% available. The room was amazing, it was spacious and it had a wonderful balcony. Overall, top location.
Featuring a terrace and views of sea, Il Sogno di Manarola by The First is located in Manarola, 1.7 mi from Canneto Beach. Awesome ocean and cliff view with a balcony! Nice sized room and modern/comfortable with AC! The cleaning staff was excellent and very accommodating with our family!!!
Whilst all the Cinque Terre villages are beautiful and have a distict personality, Manarola perhaps offers the most dramatic 'seaside' feel. Monterosso has a proper beach but less of a beautiful backdrop, and Manarola has a vibrant harbour area and some great bars overlooking the sea. A sundowner cocktail at the gloriously positioned Nessum Dorma is a must, but do go well before sunset or you'll have to queue for a table.
Stunning village in a dramatic setting with great views. We've been twice, the first time in the summer - take a sunset boat cruise, a magical experience. Plan to stay overnight to get the true flavour of this lovely little town once the crowds have left. At Christmas time the town is much quieter but just as lovely. The Christmas lights on the hillside surrounding the town well worth seeing. Visit Nessun Dorma for fab views of the town and great drinks/snacks - it's open when the sun shines all year round!
Beautiful location. Terrific hiking. Weather the day I arrived and day left were poor - and entire area shuts down. 3 of the four major hikes not available. Lots of tourists especially large groups made some towns unbearably crowded.
Manarola was a pretty village. The train station is a short walk through the subway from the main street, which means it doesn't spoil the ambience of this little village. Great Marina to watch the sunset from and lots of restaurants with varying menus & costs. Best gelato in Cinque Terre.
I live in the US and have traveled through the states, to the Caribbean, Indonesia, and Germany so I am somewhat traveled (for context). I think Manarola, and the Cinque Terre region, is the most picturesque place I've ever been. There's also the conveniences of everyday life (groceries, restaurants, good hotels, trains, etc) which is unique for a place so remote and beautiful. Great area for hiking, relaxing, eating, drinking, and swimming - though, there are many nicer areas for beach bums in Italy. There are a lot of crowds mid-day and the trains get packed, so if you aren't into public transit this may stress you out. Overall, one of my favorite places I've ever been and I can't wait to go back.
Even in mid October there were a lot of people. The restaurant on the right when you get to the water, Marina Piccolo (Michelin Star) was excellent for lunch. Small village and doable without staying the night. Better than Riomaggiore I thought.
