We really appreciated the flexibility of the self check-in It’s a perfect location in Riomagiorre. It’s only a short walk from the train station, beach and Main Street. The host, Simone, was welcoming and gave us a few suggestions of activities and restaurant. He also provided many toiletries, water, towels, beach towels and a book guide for Cinque terre. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it!
It is the best and most quaint of all the 5 towns. Around every corner is something adorable. We had two delicious dinners. My favorite dinner in all of Italy was the walnut cream ravioli - at the restaurant right above the swimming area.
Close to the train station. A small city that saw a lot of day traffic, but by evening and dinner time only the locals were there. Great overlook point and very quaint downtown with ancient church. This is a can't miss place, and a great escape at the end of the day from the busy Cinque Terre tourist traffic. A true gem.
Manarola is a beautiful village, but during the day (visited early May), it felt like a busy street mall. The trains and platforms are packed, it's difficult to walk anywhere without being jostled by the crowd. However, it is stunning at night when it's quiet.
Manarola is a beautiful town in Cinque Terre. The hotels are located more up to the hill where it is quiet in the evenings. The view is very nice from uphill, you can enjoy the typical view of Cinque Terre from your own window/ balcony.
This little town is a gem among the five in Cinque Terre in terms of how picturesque it is. I liked its streets, views, colorful houses and shops. Be prepared for many steps and inclines to walk up and down constantly. Keep in mind though, that these days, droves of tourists arrive by the busloads. We went towards the end of May and between the hours of about 10 and 4 there are big crowds in the main parts of the city. While we hiked towards Corniglia, the crowds were not too bad. We only went to Vernazza with the train (which is very convenient) to have breakfast there and explore that town. Also very nice, but flatter and not as clean. We did not go to the towns at both ends because I had read that they are even more touristy. We stayed for three nights, and that was OK. Two nights would have been better because unless you are an avid hiker, there is not much else to do but to dine and explore the villages.
Enjoy the town in the morning and evening. Tour groups flood the town during the day. Take the boat to Monterosso and spend the middle part of the day there. Definitely spend the night in Manarola! By boat you get to see all five villages!

Close into town, comfortable beds, clean, great host. The tv stopped working and within minutes Emanuela was there to fix it. Close to good restaurants and a good size space for a short stay. Small view of the sea, 2 minute walk to the ocean and train station. Emanuela gave a thorough rundown of all the different towns in Cinque Terre and best places to swim etc.

As mentioned in a previous review, the photos of this property really don't do it justice. The bedrooms and living areas are all very spacious, and the balcony gives fantastic sea and town views. Although in the heart of the town centre, the balcony doors shut out any noise. I would highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to this beautiful part of Italy.

Perfect location with beautiful view. Your own courtyard. Two level apartment with small spiral staircase. Literally ten feet out your door is dal Billy’s. An amazing dining experience but stays busy thru midnight. I find the noise produced from conviviality relaxing. Also not for the feeble. Of course Manarola is not a good place for bad knees!

Very strategic location as it is very close to the train station. The journey to it is rather convenient and flat since cinque terre is a hilly area. They were kind and provided us 2 portable router as the wifi signal was very bad. Very friendly staff who recommended and booked restaurants for us. Overall it was good experience.

Service, location, view, facilities La Torretta is the highlight of our trip in Cinque Terre. We could have just stayed in the hotel and still have a great time. The service is fantastic. They provide you with whatever you need, very attentive. Will come back again! Thank you very much Tari and Gabriele!

Excellent accommodation. Wouldn’t change a thing. The location is also beautiful and even though it’s a bit of a walk up the hill, you get spectacular views of the sunset right from your deck. One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy. Elevator makes getting luggage upstairs convenient.

The room is clean and quiet with an amazing view. You can see the sea and Manarola from your window. The room is around 300 m far from the train station (and from the town center). It’s a very good solution to explore Cinque Terre. Highly suggested.
