Spotless! Food was very delicious, staff really friendly and helpful, they made me a surprise for my birthday. Even if you check out you still have the possibility to use the spa & pool until the evening. The pool is top. Overall, a unique experience :)

Absolutely perfect hotel with nothing to fault. Even on our late arrival when we missed dinner, we had a replacement dinner prepared. The hotel owners welcomed us with a toast. The hotel is unique - beautiful, clean, sophisticated. All the staff helpful, kind and friendly. We had a week stay with a half board. The food was absolutely fantastic! Indescribably good, no half prepared food, everything fresh and delicious. Nothing to fault with the hotel - it's clean, cosy, quiet, with a great wellness area. And the view! Surrounded by a nature and mountains. This is the most amazing accommodation we have ever had through Booking. You can see the love for the work and people in everything they are doing. Unique! Thank you! ❤️

    Maranza is perfectly placed if you want a lot of family-...

    Maranza is perfectly placed if you want a lot of family-friendly slopes. Most of the nights, we ate at our accommodation (Hauslerhof), as they do hot food from 18:30 to 20:30. There is a free ski bus that runs every hour, apart from the pretty long lunch break. Across from our accommodation, there is an amazing bakery. There are only a couple of small grocery shops in the village, however, if you want a supermarket you can just take the gondola to Rio di Pusteria. Some of the hotels, including ours, have some sort of reciprocal agreement with the Alpinpool, and you get an entrance ticket for just 2 euros.

    Maranza is a skiing resort.

    Maranza is a skiing resort. The villages are so lovely, peaceful, clean. The extraordinary views of the Alps are a wonder. Walkers and people who love, (and are suited) to explore the mountains must have a great time.

    The whole region is really nice for hiking and family trips.

    The whole region is really nice for hiking and family trips. Thanks to several cable cars it is easy to get up the mountains, even in summer for hiking. Besides there is a broad infrastructure for tourists including free public transport in the from the Brenner down to Bozen. We had a good stay at the Felderhof which is really family friendly by a kind family in a nice location.

    Nice and clean room with beautiful view. Excellent and abundant breakfast and dinner. Big parking garage. Huge, adults-only wellness area with plenty of choices to relax, including sauna ceremonies. Ski shuttle service was a nice option to have. Great hospitality by the hotel staff.

    Simple room with the bathroom. No luxuries. Good breakfast prepared by owner. Generally good place to stay for one or two days for the Gitschberg Jochtal reconaissance. Not optimal for a longer stay.
