Lovely property full of character and great for a relaxing stay. This is not a posh 5 star resort but a memorable property steeped in history.

Location was very good and the room was very spacious, with a huge outdoor terrace.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. Great location. View from the balcony. Car parking.

My parents and I absolutely loved our stay at this amazing hotel! The entire place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind, always happy and willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s restaurant was truly exceptional – the fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the chef was not only talented but also very friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the manager, Daniele, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive, along with the entire hotel team who made our stay so enjoyable. The location is both beautiful and strategically perfect for exploring the best of Puglia. Highly recommended!! 👍

Everything. The friendly staff. The nice location and seaviews. The shuttle bringing us to and back from the acquaviva beach. The pool and pool service. The big cosy room. All is made so that you enjoy the place at best

A dream stay at Hotel Santa Lucia in Santa Cesarea Terme! The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and smiling. The breakfast was complete, varied, and made with fresh ingredients. And the dinner… simply fantastic! Generous portions, excellent flavors, and lovingly prepared dishes – every evening was a true delight. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warm hospitality, and outstanding cuisine

The room was clean and charming, and the breakfast was especially wonderful - everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The breakfast area itself was also lovely, with a peaceful atmosphere during the day (even though there were a few late-night parties outside). The pool area was also beautiful - a perfect spot to relax. All of the shared spaces throughout the property felt thoughtful and special. Francesca at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit - she welcomed us warmly on arrival, guided us perfectly with parking, and even recommended a local luminarie event that made our trip truly special. Everything about Villa Raffaella was just wonderful. The staff were incredible, helped us with any questions about the town we had and gave us great advice on things we would have missed if not shared (including a baptismal chamber in a cave that one swims too, and the best pizza's we have ever had). The place itself was magical and the breakfast was paradise. We had so much fun in this town as well, truly special.
