Firstly the previous reviews concerning the Host - Roberta were spot on! We booked this apartment partly based on previous guests interactions with Roberta. She was a delight. Everything was ready on arrival and spotlessly clean. Efficiently laid out apartment. We lacked for nothing. Large surrounding grounds. Great secured parking area. But back to Roberta, she really was welcoming and made staying here a special experience for us. Thank You Roberta. We have encountered other great hosts with previous stays but she went the extra distance. We are glad we chose Boat Dreams! We stayed 5 nights but I could see a longer stay on the next trip to Puglia.

Perfekt setup! Well equipped. Very clean. The roof terrace with the pool is the highlight! The pics do not lie. The hostess very friendly and helped with luggage since the place is in the old part of town with narrow streets. Can only recommend!!!

The ladies won our hearts with their generosity, they baked a dozen cakes fresh out of the oven for breakfast even if we were the only guests staying at the property and they were very warm and welcoming. We were absolutely stunned by their kindness. The encouraged us to take all the food with us for the day and they also let us check out very late. This is what a well ran B&B looks like. Amazing.

Small town close about 15-30 to most of the beautiful beaches in Salento. Bigger towns like Gallipoli and Nardo' are 30 min away. The town is very quite and has everything you need during your stay (alongside the neighbour town Parabita)

I have to be fair to Matino.

I have to be fair to Matino. I drove through it, around it, from one side to another but I'm not really sure I caught the centre of the place, Perhaps there isn't one. Matino exists between one place and another which are more attractive, so perfect for getting everywhere

What an amazing gorgeous place to stay … so much character and charm. The property is just off a large square next to a gorgeous Church. Cafes and restaurants close by (check out Vinha - excellent !). Valeria the host was lovely with excellent communication and information. Mariateresa is an Angel … picking us up and dropping us off to the train station and preparing a stunning breakfast with eggs/bacon and fresh local fruits and cakes. LOVED staying here and LOVED Matino … can’t wait to return - Grazie Mille 🙏❤️

This is an old building completely renovated to an extremely high standard. It felt like staying in 4*+ boutique hotel. The room had everything you need (including espresso machine). Big plus: nice terrace with a jacuzzi where you can chill or work if you want. The entire building has only 3 double rooms, so quite intimate and relaxing.
