Tears when saying goodbye say enough. Never before have we stayed with a host with whom we also went out for dinner twice. From minute one we were on the same wavelength and three days were too short to share about the big and small things in life. It's touching how Daniele cleans the rooms and serves breakfast all by himself. A royal breakfast, by the way, because with cartloads of cactus fruits, muesli in all shapes, Italian coffee, and a different sweet and savory surprise every day. Sosta a Ponente is a piece of oasis with hammocks and fig trees but above all with a host who surpasses himself. Daniele, we love you!

Amazing Breakfast! Small room but it's perfect for a couple trip. Excellent location! In the middle of historic center of Matino. The staff (Giulia and Fabiano) are super kind and generous! One of the best B & B that I stayed. Highly recommended if you want a quiet environment just a few km of the beach.

Beautiful and cosy room. Cleaned and organized every day. Alessandro and Irene were incredibly polite and took great care of us. Normally the breakfast is provided by a bar nearby but the day this place was closed, they brought us a really good breakfast (taking the care to text us the day before and ask us what we wanted to eat/drink and at what time we would like to have it). We rented a car and places like Galipoli and marina di pescoluse were just 20 minutes away. If you wanna have a calm and comfortable acommodation to enjoy your holidays, this is the place for you!
