A szálloda egy forgalmas út mellett külvárosi részen található. Mellette nagy parkoló, étterem. A szoba megfelelő nagyságú, felújított, légkondicionált. Minibár van. A tetőteraszon napágyak, kettő jacuzzi, ami szuper. Van belső wellness is szaunával, de nem lehetett használni, mert kint túl meleg volt. Edzőterem szintén van. A közelben bevásárlóközpont. A tó kb. 10 perc séta. Itt van egy ingyenes strand kis büfével. Emellett a camping strandja, ami fizetős 5€/fő. Arona központja kb. 3 km.
