This was such a unique stay! It was just surreal staying at the property. Sara and her staff are all super friendly. It was a great central location to visit Tuscany and Umbria. Great restaurants to hit nearby when returning at the end of the day. We highly recommend this property and will stay again on our next visit to the area.

We are already missing this lovely well acquainted villa which is surrounded by complete nature. It is truly a unique and versatile place where rest, relaxation, inspiration and enjoyment are central. A hidden gem which is an ideal place for a luxurious stay out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was very easy to get along to different places along Umbria and nearby towns in Tuscany as well. We really enjoyed the SPA facilities. Great breakfast and dinner at their very own restaurant. Last but not least, the staff are really friendly, helpful and hospitable especially Alessio, Giorgia and Chiara ♥️ Thank you for making it a memorable experience. Arrivederci!

The owners of this property were wonderful. A retired couple who have made it their life's work to create a beautiful sanctuary in Mercatello. The patio overlooking the valley is stunning. The town is small and quaint with a beautiful bar and restaurant in town. The owners made it very easy for me to store my touring bike. I would highly recommend this spot for cyclists. The breakfast was amazing and all this set up for me.

The breakfast food was good, however the biggest problem was poor food service for both breakfast & casual dinner service. The waiting staff need to be better trained. Orders were frequently forgotten & needed to be reminded. The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating & Antonello,the manager, was very congenial & helpful.
