Everything described is true and mandatory with a car. Good location, nice views, each apartment has its own terrace. Very quiet and peaceful place. It is located a short distance from the most famous towns and attractions in Tuscany. The food is good - the breakfast is a bit monotonous, but of good quality. The dinner, if it is used, I can say that it is excellent.

Our stay in MONTERIGGIONI. At first it was hard to find the place because there was very little cellular connections so I called Stephano and right away and he met with us. He then led us to where we checked in and it was earlier than expected. He was very nice and helpful. The room was equipped with everything we ever needed and more. The best part of this place is the location, right in front of the Sta Maria church. The restaurant right next door Le Torri was very close. We had welcome drinks and snack in front of the building. We had good night sleep and the very next day, our breakfast is delivered right outside of our door hanging on a string. A unique way of serving breakfast without bothering the quests. We had to leave early for Siena as we are ready to finish our Via Francigena journey for this time. It’s a very good stay. Highly recommended.

Great location. The host was very kind and greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome and right at home. She made a wonderful breakfast as well. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the stay very much. We would stay longer but it was booked.

Very clean Tuscan style apartment with a nice private outdoor space, in the middle of the nature and the vineyards. To get there you drive on a dirt road with beautiful cypresses on either side. The kitchen is modern with all the essentials, including salt, olive oil, tea, nespresso machine with capsules. The master bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable. The host is very nice and friendly and provided us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is great too, you can reach Monteriggioni in 10 minutes by car, driving through beautiful scenic roads, Siena is about 30 minutes away, and there is a small town just minutes away with a pharmacy and big grocery stores (Eurospin, Carrefour, Conad).
