the quiet location , great staff , honestly aldo and his team couldn’t do enough for us . the smell of fresh bread in the morning . and freshly ground coffee . myself and my wife will be back here next year . you have numerous bars restaurants all within a 5 minute walk , from italian , to pizza parlors , steak houses , Chinese etc you won’t get better value for money . fresh laundry every day . good air con system . loved it tbh !! hence why we will be back

The location was great, peaceful, nice pool for kids and adults. Playground and nice bar for lunch and restaurant for dinner. Staff super friendly and they accommodate our needs with our daughter. The location quiet at night but close to everything for daytrips.

The best choice for a short spring trip. The accommodation has a great location, the room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious and more than enough. The owner is a great host! He helped us in everything: he came to pick us up, helped to rent a motorbike, recommended a restaurant... etc. Fantastic family business with lovely people. Excellent service, I highly recommend it.

Perfect location and good size room for the area - especially the bathroom was really good as I know in the area they can be very small. Also got a room with balcony which was really nice

Perfect location for MotoGP (or other events at Misano Circuit), being able to get shuttle (or 25 minute walk)/shop for food and drinks/other events all in close proximity. Friendly staff and able to get nice breakfast in the morning. Short walk to the beach, along with nice restaurants, gelateria and array of shops. 10 minute walk to train station to travel further.

Staff was friendly, the room was small but clean. It was a bit noisy because of the passing trains, but not to the extent we couldn't sleep. Location was convenient.
