Very nice people. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was also quite good and reasonably priced. We had several choices for breakfast which suited my family well. We also used the airport shuttle. Zero complaints. We will stay there again and I highly recommend it.

The most generous and accommodating hosts ever. They gave us a room to practice in. (Musicians with a gig that night) and parking for the other band members. So generous. All of the staff are terrific. Espresso in the morning to take up to the room for my wife. The room is great. We come to Varese to play a couple of times a year and previously stayed at Albergo Crystal but this is much better.
