The view is amazing. You have sun in/around the pool until the sun goes down behind a mountain, which was even in september at like 19:30. It's very private and a big area outside where you can enjoy the view and weather. They make their own stuff, so you can get homemade ham, sausages, peppers, eggs, oils, wines and stuff, its basicly a shop on the other side of your house. And because its that private you have to be prepared to go up the mountains for like 15 minutes off the centre of Orvieto. BUTTT it gives you the best view you've ever had. We're planning on coming back in a few years. Also the people were so nice!

The accommodation was in the perfect area to visit all the tourist attractions as well as the benefit of returning to your room for a quick relax. The room had a view of the duomo and the church bell that rang on the hour. The staff were very reliable and helpful and always welcoming whenever you approached them.

The hotel is located in the old city area, so if you are traveling with the car, better if the car is not too big, since the streets are very narrow. We stopped right in front of the hotel to offload the luggage, but then you need to drive to the covered parking 5 mins away and walk back to the hotel (also maybe 5-7 mins with elevator - so no issues). The hotel staff is very friendly and kind, gave us good advises for the restaurants and the places to visit. The hotel room was of a good size and comfortable. Location is great, as everything then is in the walking distance. We would come back to this hotel.
