The breakfast was very very good. The variety of fresh fruit was excellent. The taste of the eggs was so fresh and the pastries were delicous too. Accompanied by coffee that is madee for your taste was the best treat. And we loved sitting in the courtyard enjoying it with family.

The hosts are lovely couple that try to make you satisfy in everything. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and tasty. Roberto and his wife are special people, and the hotel is unique ! The rooms are huge and clean. perfect location, wonderful view from the room. Very recommended !!

My partner and I were driving from middle to North Italy and stopped here overnight. It's just off the motorway, which is really convenient, it's 24 hour check in (we checked in at 11.30pm), the rooms are really clean, good shower pressure, comfortable (firm) beds.

The apartment is in a very beautiful location, with a great view of the surrounding areas. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Spoleto. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast. A worthwhile accommodation option when visiting Spoleto.
