Set in the historic center of Nardò, Il Mignano is set in a building that dates back to the Middle Ages. It offers a lounge and tea room, a traditional restaurant and free WiFi. We were offered an upgrade and stayed in a wonderful suite at Monastero Santa Teresa. Both locations are worth a visit, as they are historical baroque palaces. The room was equipped with a large bathtub, living room and balcony. The breakfast was also excellent. Staff was kind and professional.
Relais Monastero Santa Teresa offers pet-friendly accommodations in Nardò. The property is a part of Albergo Diffuso. Every room at this guest house is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV. Amazing architecture, hotel worth staying if you appreciate art and interior. Breakfast good. Location perfect.

The room is very nice and well equipped, all the facilities and common areas are well maintained and nice. The location allows you to reach lots of famous beaches by car in 10 minutes to 1 hour. Moreover you can even walk to the closest one which is very nice. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and happy to attend all your needs. The breakfast is rich and tasty with lots of different food. The sunset you can see from the B&B is gorgeous. Last but not least we enjoyed spending time with the local cat, which makes you feel welcome (we named it Rosso).

Located in Nardò, 17 miles from Lecce, Palazzo Cariddi provides a terrace and free WiFi. Every unit features a private bathroom and bidet, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. It was an excellent experience in every detail. Huge, spotless clean, beautiful, well furnished suite in the heart of Nardò, with the plus of a well equipped and comfortable terrace for an after dinner glas of wine after a day at the sea. We have been warmly welcomed by Debbie and Darren who where very attentive and nice. Strongly recommended!
Located in Nardò, 17 miles from Lecce, Relais Palazzo Vaglio has a terrace and free WiFi. Every unit has a private bathroom and bidet, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. Relais Palazzo Vaglio just sits outside of Nardò Centro Storico, therefore great location and central to everything, restaurants, supermarkets and local bars. Parking was no issue as the location has many areas where you can park for free.
Beautiful centre, lovely restaurants and town! The historical centre is special. Close to more beautiful cities and beaches. Good area to stay, visit Nardo itself and other towns - location is perfect! Easy to go around. People are lovely. Nardo was a good choice and we would love to visit the area again.😃
Having travelled around Puglia for nearly a year, Nardo is not quite as advertised. The Centro is very dirty in comparison to other historical centres. The centre is also very small and not grand like the photos. There is a large pigeon poo problem and many restaurants and cafes, places their tables ontop of unclean streets. You will see a lot of upturned dead cockroaches. The main piazza is ok, a little dull and lacks atmosphere. There's not point to dress up. There is not the usual "la passeggiata", to walk and socialise. I have been to other towns in North Puglia with fabulous "la passeggiata" such as Corato and Altamura where the atmosphere is electric! Also the pizza places I found were very poor quality either cold or poorly made with cheap ingredients and hugely overpriced. However Nardo has a hidden gem, there are two amazing beaches just 5 minute drive. As you move away from the centre on the road Aldo Moro the apartments take on a more 50's white block style quite "American" looking with lovely open spaces. Clean fresh air and lots of blue sky. Santa Caterina and Santa Maria Bagno are breathtaking and you really get that wonderful Italian summer vibe. The water is crystal clear and there's lots of people on a moped with flip flops. Out of the 3 main towns in the area Galatone, Galatina and Nardo. Nardo has the most complete in terms of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and infrastructure etc and is the prettier of the 3. The other big bonus is that the people are lovely with genuine smiles.
the piazza Salandra was my favourite place, along with the old churches. alots of night activities plus lives concerts to the piazza it was amazing. yes it is very easy to get around Nardo' there s traffic but not congestions . everywhere you eat is all good.
The location is out on offroad, also with some friendly dogs. The nice big beach is cca 15 km at Punta Prosciuto. For dinner is good choice cca 5 km small city Santa Maria al Bagno. I is good trip to visit city Otranto and Santa Maria de Laucca.
Quiet little town but good base for exploring the heel of Italy. Villa serrazzi was very isolated and difficult to find but owners very friendly and helpful. It would have benefited by having a washing machine, kettle, TV that worked and comfy bed, but was good value, clean and peaceful, if a bit basic.
We liked it very much, first of all our host Sandra, she made us very delicious cookies for the breakfast and also was very open to make us a salted breakfast, and to help us with everything, from information until to give us some umbrellas for the beach, the room was very clean and comfortable and we stayed for 7 nights. Nardo is a small city but very busy and with a beautiful small old center. We recommend to everyone to stay here, and enjoy the beaches and the surrounding cities.
Really lovely B&B, in the middle of field where they grow tomato, zucchini and other vegetables. Owner super friendly and welcoming. We loved how they restored the place, it is beautifully done with the elements of the old barn still visible. Breakfast lovely, with fruits fresh from the garden and the pool is great for some refreshment. Clean, calm and not even 10 min away from town Nardo (nice restaurants!) Highly recommended.
The room we booked actually ended up having a shared common space. This was not clear from the listing and was not acceptable. The owner then offered another room in another building, which we accepted. This new room was very dirty, with an ant infestation. The drains barely worked, the place smelled like mold, and the air conditioners leaked. One of the worst hotel experiences we have had.
Beautifully arranged Agritourimo, with great location between the city of Nardo and the coast (nature reserve). On the beautiful property you can relax in the middle of olive trees. The maisonette also has a great outdoor shower :) The best of all is Benedicta, a very attentive and friendly host, who makes you feel at home from the very first moment.
The staff was very congenial. Luca contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm my reservation and to give me information about how to reach their place and where my room is located. I texted him questions and he responded very quickly. Also, the location is excellent. It is within the historic center of Nardò.
Sleepy city of Nardo. Not a lot to do but fine to travel to the beaches by car. Hotel was good! Nice staff, good breakfast and nice room in an monument. Went in the evening to Gallipoli for dinner. I Nardo everything was full they said. I think when Gallipoli hotels are full you should go here.
The location is perfect - easy parking and just inside the old town. Property itself is excellent - beautifully renovated, well fitted out with everything you need for a self catered stay. Meet and greet was excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough as a place to stay in Nardo’.
Tolomeo's house has been meticulously restored and stylishly fitted out to a very high standard and is in an excellent location in the centro storico of Nardo. The terraces are a particular bonus. Cosimo and Miriano are very welcoming and helpful hosts.
A very charming place. The owner is an architect who created a functional, comfortable and yet beautiful hotel. His wife has been very welcoming, gave us excellent advice about places to visit in the area. Breakfast was outstanding. We will come back.
Everything was perfect. Best location both for the beaches and for the Nardo old town. Very clean and well equipped facilities. Direct access to a very beautiful garden. Authentic accomadation experience in a historical mansion. Perfect host ever.
The hotel is very nicely decorated, the pool area is just great and quiet. Cinzia is taking care of everything and she is very friendly and open to help and to exchange few words. She is really a great asset for the hotel.
A wonderful place to stay. Near Nardò and close to the beach too. A lovely pool nestled amongst an olive grove. We loved the breakfast with fresh local ingredients . Giulia is a fantastic host. We will be back
The room was super and had everything we needed. Nardo is a wonderful town the surrounding countryside and beaches are great.
New structure, clean and airy. Nice outdoor space and easy parking. Breakfast is good.
Very good and friendly hosts. The rooms and facilities were great, breakfast top!
