What a unique hotel high up in the mountains in a 16th century abandoned village. The floors and ceilings are original with comfortable beds made of wool. Modern bathrooms though. Lovely soap and oil in the bathroom. Staff were fantastic. The restaurant was rustic. We also enjoyed the extra activity of truffle hunting. The separate bar was also excellent

Everything. I have 3 times there. The lady who manages the property is amazing a pure lovely soul. Friendly atmosphere and lovely bio products for breakfast. Pet friendly and very close to Rocca Calascio Castle. Susanna, the owner has also developed a very cool audio guide app that helps exploring the surroundings. Highly recommended. I will come back again, for sure.

Amazing little Hotel. Starting with the cheerful and welcoming Donatella and the rest of the staff. We stayed at the Quad room upstairs which was totally great. big room, comfortable beds and nice view out of the window. The place is very close to the old village (5 minutes walk) and is located at a quiet and convenient place by the small pond. Parking is very easy. We also had dinner at the place's restaurant. Terrific local food (lamb, cheese, wine and more) - that made us very happy.

The renovation of the place sure was worth it! The owner was very friendly and happy to help. The rooms have very high-end furniture and in general the building is really well designed. Breakfast has everything you need sweet and savoury. Would definitely come again!
