The room was comfortable, the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom looked amazing, beautifully done. The outside patio was delightful. The onsite restaurant convenient and highly recommended. Surprise continental breakfast supplied too. Absolutely fabulous, friendly team. parking convenient too. This should have been an easy 10 out of 10 however...

Ostuni Palace is a very romantic and luxurious place, perfect for a birthday celebration, with an incredible view of Ostuni from the private balcony. The staff were wonderful – I really appreciated being welcomed by a porter who parked the car for us. Breakfast was excellent in a beautiful setting, and the location gave us the opportunity to enjoy the charming old town of Ostuni both in the evening and early in the morning.

All of the meals were exceptional good, all of the staff were very friendly and professional, they couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent in every way! Highly recommend! Communication was excellent. Arianna was great and very easy to deal with.

Exceptional service. A special note to Davide: grazie tantissimo! He is an extremely graceful and helpful person. The evening of our arrival, there was a graduation party right under our window. I asked for a room change. Davide changed the room without hesitation (he even gave us an upgraded room). We will be back.

The architecture inside is AMAZING, the details and way that they integrated the original design! We were blown away. The breakfast & breakfast area was also AMAZING, and the girl at the service desk went above and BEYOND to ensure we had the best stay, which we seriously did! Our room also had a fully functional steam room which was soooo nice to have, to compress after a long day!

We loved this resort, everybody working there was so welcoming and a kind and the location is beautiful. A big thank you to Antonella for a surprise upgrade and for even dropping us at the station!

Incredible location, staff were amazing and the facilities were exceptional.

The receptionist who knew a little Russian noticed it was my husband's birthday that day and upgraded our room to a bigger one with sea view. It was a pleasant gift for us :)

Daniela and the sir works at the restaurant and reception are super super nice and kind. And the room is super super clean and well equipped. You have all you need inside, shampoo and air drier all stuffs. Lots of choices of good quality food for breakfast(buffet mode) which is included. And I took also the dinner there, you have the whole menu of local homemade dishes (from starter, two main courses and fruits and gelato and wine!!) for only 20 euros. Really a nice experience to stay there! Everyone is super nice! In terms of localisation, it’s only 10-15min walk to the old town.

An absolute gem. The Masseria itself is stunning, and the management and staff truly go above and beyond. We loved the beautiful natural surroundings and the thoughtful attention to detail evident throughout the entire property. The location is perfect—peaceful and immersed in nature, yet a convenient 5-minute drive to Ostuni and within easy reach of all the local attractions.

Facilities and nature around accommodation are beautiful. We had dinner and that is really recommended. Food is all fresh and service is wonderful. Every course is delicious and the wines that come with it are explained very well.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location, breakfast was wonderful and the staff are lovely, the olive trees on the property were amazing, huge trees many years old!
