Beautiful pool facilities and an easy walk to the beach. Good buffet breakfast and a good dining menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent choice for our holiday and we’d certainly go back.

Location which was convenient to the old part of town, breakfast was included, the view from the hotel was fabulous, and the staff were helpful and kind. It was clean and had lovely grounds. It was a little more than what we normally pay for a hotel, but worth it.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The owner is exceptional, with a great sense of hospitality and a true passion for what he does. The hotel was spotless, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We felt as though we were being hosted by our own parents or grandparents, the family atmosphere was that strong. Thank you, Filippo and family. We will definitely be back!

Great location minutes from Ostuni, big quiet AC room, comfy bed, enormous pool, great food, attentive staff team including Graziano and Arianna. Good value, glad we chose Hotel Incanto and will definitely come again.

The place offers very comfy rooms, silent and well equipped (heating, extra pillows, blanket, TV, Wi-Fi, spa amenities). The atmosphere is quiet, relaxed, and everything is properly managed. The food is very genuine, with plenty of choice for breakfast, a fixed menù for dinner, and indeed very good value for money. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness. A special plause goes to Daniela, the host: meeting her is already worth the whole experience! She made me feel welcomed, pampered, and provided everything with kindness and smile. With regards to the logistic, there's public transportation just nearby the venue, and if you have a car, nothing can put you down. Overall, I will certainly come back to enjoy this place again...!

The architecture inside is AMAZING, the details and way that they integrated the original design! We were blown away. The breakfast & breakfast area was also AMAZING, and the girl at the service desk went above and BEYOND to ensure we had the best stay, which we seriously did! Our room also had a fully functional steam room which was soooo nice to have, to compress after a long day!
