Ostuni needs exploring on foot at any time of the day or night. It has wonderful restaurants, amazing views across the surrounding Puglian countryside and majestic 14th Century buildings. Narrow streets lead to commanding views, impressive churches and colourful piazzas.

Old Ostuni is a beautiful, white hilltop town and is very centrally located in the Puglia region on the heel of Italy with good access to Matera, Lecce, Bari, Alberobella (Tulli houses), Martina Franca and other sites. Old Ostuni has some steep streets and stairs, but one may always take a tuk-tuk to get around or have a tour. The replica of the Venetian Bridge of Sighs is a beautiful site in Ostuni.

Car parking for tourists is a nightmare with over zealous parking wardens. Lecce has built an excellent, central underground car park which is safe, clean. Yes it costs a few Euros but the facility exists. Ostuni has aggressive locals monopolising insufficient car parking. The Ostuni authorities are strangling tourism as Ostuni has a dreadful reputation for parking which reduces the tourist foot fall. Typical arrogance, though, from Italian local government which also does little to prevent litter every where.

Ostuni is a stunning city on a hill with beautiful views out over the surrounding countryside and east to the Adriatic Sea. The centro storico has been beautifully preserved and is a joy to walk through. Ciccio gelato shop, located outside of the old portion of the city, produces amazingly good gelato. Gabo (in the old city) has excellent cocktails and aperitivi.
I visited near the end of low season and the city had a sleepy vibe. I don't know that I would enjoy it as much with the crowds of summer.
Absolutely loved this place. A little hidden treasure in the middle of Ostuni.
Cave room was beautifully decorated with clean bedding, towels and slippers and toiletries provided.
Rooftop loungers were perfect for a lazy day enjoying the sunshine. Pool jacuzzi a great addition too.
The breakfast was the best we'd had on our two week trip around Italy all homemade cakes and savouries. Absolutely delicious. The ladies at breakfast also really pleasant and friendly.
Outstanding property with amazing stuff and a wonderful pool! The quality of food is amazing!
The surroundings, the breakfast, the rooms… everything is much more than you could expect… the south of Italy also has much more to offer than what you think! Staying in Apulia is never a bad idea…super friendly people, delicious food and cute little villages!! The property is like 30 min away from the beautiful coast and 20 min from the city of Ostuni!
The Villa is just a few minutes away from Ostuni, located amongst beautiful olive trees with a nice size pool. The breakfast was by far the best on our entire trip through Italy! The host and staff were very nice and accommodating. The Villa has a laid back, casual
Atmosphere and it feels like you are with friends rather than in a B&B.
If you travel by car this is the perfect place to stay in the area. The parking is big there are enough places the whole day , the breakfast is excellent. You can visit all towns around Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Martina Franka, Locorotondo and etc . Very good hotel to stay when you travel in Puglia..
We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful authentic Italian property. The host went above & beyond and ensured we had a fantastic stay! The pool is gorgeous and the property is very well located in Ostuni. The breakfast was also an added bonus and was the best breakfast we had in Italy… it was delicious & so fresh!
