the pictures don't do the place any justice, it exceeded my expectations and blew my mind. the property and the views were amaaazing. the suite was amazing but what I enjoyed most was the fresh air of the mountains, the calmness and the sounds of nature, make sure to watch the sunset because it was breathtaking. The staff were super polite and nice, especially Nick.

I went for a concert but added on a couple of days.

I went for a concert but added on a couple of days. It is a small but beautiful medieval hilltop town with a calm relaxed atmosphere, great view of Lago Trasimeno and good restaurants (including a Michelin starred) with a range of Italian styles and cost.

Panicale is a wonderfull old town on top of the hill with...

Panicale is a wonderfull old town on top of the hill with townwalls and narrow streets, and beautiful small squares. Good restaurants and even a small theatre and festival in september. Carparking on the streets close to the hotel is possible not for free. From the town panoramic views on Lake Trasimeno!

The whole place is surrounded by olive trees with the wonderful view on Trasimeno lake. House is newly renovated, very well equipped, clean and comfortable, swimmig pool is simply great. The spacious terrace area with garden furniture is ideal for meals and evening relax - it also has marvellous view on the lake. It's a good base for visiting the nearby picturesque villages (Panicale, Paciano, Castiglione del Lago) and major cities of Umbria. The owners were very nice and helpful with everything that was needed. .

It was a great stay at Casolare Marconi! Apartment was really spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The surrounding looked just like in the movies (olive trees and oleanders, view for historical Umbrian towns located on the hills). Owners were super nice and helpful. I recommend stay at Casolare Marconi for both families and group of friends.

Location !! At the end of the road is this quiet and beutiful place. We had our own yard with a fantastic view of the rolling hills of Umbria. The pool was always clean and in perfect order. The hosts were always at hand and helpful if you had any questions, and also suggestions what to do or eat.
