The location just at the A1 highway exit makes it a very convenient place for a break during the travel and the connected restaurant, which is excellent, offers a comfortable place for dinner Very good local food and great value for money. The hotel guests get a priority reservation at the restaurant, which is a plus considered that the restaurant is highly rewarded and always full. The staff is very kind and supportive

Absolutely stunning property on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Our room was a perfect mix of historic and modern and was the perfect place to spend a few nights. The staff were also impeccable - from reception, spa and the restaurant. We loved eating breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was given complimentary use of the wellness space. Highly recommend to go to both!

Gabriele and Elisabetta are very helpful and friendly. Their house is, as the name suggests, next to the little theatre which, unfortunately, had scaffolding all around and a couple of workmen lazily restoring it. The location is great and the house is very characterful yet modernised, well equipped and a few interesting books to browse.

Have been looking for a nice place to stay in this quiet and scenic area for a while now. Villa Anna ticks all the boxes - a wonderfully friendly host in Chiara, all the facilities you could possibly need, clean and tidy, generously sized accommodation and all in all a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay here again!

Small friendly village, close to Orvieto. About an hour-hour and a half drive to other points of interest we visited (Montepulciano, Siena, Spoleto and more) Recommend not to drive after dark - narrow winding roads with no lights make driving a challange.
