The property was impeccably clean and well maintained - I thought it was new, but it is not. Our 2nd floor corner room had a nice shaded terrace. Well decorated, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed (maybe a little on hard side, but good for me) . A little traffic noise on the small street facing property and a nearby dog who thought he was a rooster at 0400! I will preface that in late May - we were the only guest, so I’m sure that contributed to tranquility of the property. The very kind lady presented us a wonderful breakfast - cornetto, fruit, cereals, yogurt, cake, good coffee and juices …… just for us. Service starts at 7:45. We ate in the nice garden courtyard.

Beautiful well cared for premises, large comfortable room with excellent ventilation and huge balcony. Large bright bathroom with access to the balcony. Easy to find and get to by car. Excellent location at the top of a hill in a quiet area. On arrival we were really warmly welcomed by the Nonna of the property with a freshly brewed coffee and a plate of fruit. She also saw us off like your own Nonna would, made us feel really welcome. I highly recommend this accommodation, it is hard to find such quality at this price point.
