Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent customer service. Very nice breakfast. Clean, simple, elegant rooms and bathrooms. Slippers are a nice touch. Location is excellent, short walk to center, felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Limited reserved parking on side street of property.

We were beyond grateful for choosing this property. The staff and owners were amazing! The views are incredible! We very much enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, swimming in the pool, walking into Pienza was easy - ish. There is a short hill going up but then a breeze enjoying all views along the way. It was good exercise to then enjoy all the restaurants and shopping in Pienza. Plus the e-bike that was recommended by the owner was so fun! Breathtaking adventure. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet and beautiful. The gardens surrounding are beautifully maintained. Thank you A440! We miss all of you!

Luca the owner was very kind and helpful and gave us the best advices for dinner or what to do. We really enjoyed the stay here. It is a family run hotel and you really feel it. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is located very good in Pienza. Next time we come, we will certainly stay here again.
