The house is comfortable and suitable for accommodation of more families. Nice location, the village is quite, peaceful with beautiful architecture. The nearest beach is 10-15 min drive from home and it’s perfect. It was really our pleasure to stay in the house and feel the history. We were so happy in every moment spent there :)

In the heart of a 7-hectare garden, Tenuta Santa Giovanna is located 1.2 mi from the center of Poggiardo and nearby there is a gym, a shopping center and a supermarket. The property is located in an olive grove. Beautiful and quite! Dolores was very welcoming and went the extra-mile to make sure we were making the most of our stay. The breakfast is really good with nice freshly baked local pastries. The room, although fairly basic, was conformable, very clean and had everything needed.

Featuring a garden, private pool and garden views, Villa Enea is located in Poggiardo. Everything was made to make our stay a real pleasure. Cosimo is a perfect host, very kind and helpful. Beautiful private garden and swimming pool, efficient air conditioning inside. We will for sure recommend Villa Enea to our family and friends.
