We loved everything except for the WiFi that was weak. The location is good if you have a car.

The worst experience at this hotel and trust me the proof is in the pictures. On September 18, 2023, I booked my hotel stay in Puglia for 4 nights at Villa Hermosa Hotel. Before booking, I made sure to check all reviews for this hotel. Everything seemed great, the pictures on booking and the reviews seemed promising as well. I booked a standard room with 1 queen bed for my fiancé and me. Long story short, my fiancé and I made our way to our hotel for early check-in. We were both very anxious to finally check in and settle down at our hotel. As soon as we walked into our room, we couldn’t help but notice a tiny, old, and filthy room. Let’s just say that the pictures, services, and amenities that were described by booking, did not match upon our arrival at Hotel Villa Hermosa. Our AC did not work, the room was hot and humid, and the sheets were wet from the humidity. The room was very dirty, there was rust everywhere in the bathroom, our safe did not work, and was not bolted to the wall. The hotel staff knew the issues we had with our room and didn’t bother to come fix it for us. We took a tour of the hotel and couldn't believe how dirty, depressing, and old the pool area looked. The pool was yellow, the hot tub was even worse. To top it off, the hotel manager told us if we needed to use the pool, we had to use a shower cap at all times. It’s clear to say that the pool area was not at all as advertised on booking.com. I felt like I was lied to when I paid for my 4-night stay at this hotel. There was a random stain of blood on the sheets, the comforter was ripped. The bathroom was a disaster, there was rust in the shower, cracks, and hair in the sink. Not to mention, we had no hot water while showering. The chair in the hotel room was falling apart. The rack to hang wet bathing suits was falling off the wall outside of the hotel room. The walls were old and stained. It was not at all what we both expected.

The breakfast was a great variety of food and so delicious. The perfect way to start our day each morning. The view from our room was wonderful. We could see the beach and watch the sunset each night!

The breakfast exceeded our expectations with the variety and quality of the various choices that were available.

Everything was perfect, it’s the perfect place to relax and have some couple time.

At entrance to old town. Amazing new mattress and an actual comforter - we were warm! Kind staff. Accommodations breakfast choices. Great shower.

Perfect location, amazing installation, parking lot next to the hotel. But the most precious asset, THE STAFF everyone is friendly and helpful. We extend our stay one extra night just to enjoy the beach

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The accommodation is beautiful, modern, and very tastefully decorated. Everything felt new, clean, and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. The staff was always reachable, friendly, and helpful whenever we had a question. The breakfast was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars!
