The hotel is run by the nicest people we have ever met in Italy. The place is extremely clean. Everything was great, especially the location for skiing-you can walk to lifts.

The staff were extremely kind to help us to contact local post office after we lost one receipt, many thanks for taking time to help!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spotless, breakfast was great, and the location is perfect: right by a little river and super central for walking, whether that's into the village or straight onto the trails. One thing that really stuck with us: there was a mix-up with our booking that could've been a real headache. Instead of leaving it to email or the front desk, the manager came to talk to us in person, thought along with us, and sorted it out on the spot. That kind of personal attention, actually taking the time to fix things and calm the situation down instead of just pointing to policy, is rare these days and made a big difference to our stay. Would happily come back!

Very friendly stuff. They changed our date without any Extra charges. Very cosy hotel. I'm real looks better then pictures. Recommend.

Great location with a great owner. When there was noise from construction (which was out their control) the owner quickly changed my room. They handled it professionally which is all you can ask. On top of that they were very friendly to my dog and gave a great breakfast. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Central, cosy, friendly people, good facilities . Good, fresh food.

Such a beautiful place. Clean, cosy, warm. Kitchen with everything you need (maybe a personal choice will be bigger cups, a proper mug for tea). Is like a home away from home. We visited end of October, out of season so it was quiet in the nearby villages. But the complex have everything you need. Small shop on site. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Bar open till 6 pm for drinks and hot sandwiches

i loved the very clean and new room. it was beautiful and super sanitary. it was very warm and cozy and the staffs were very kind. I loved the bath tub in the room as well. the location is also perfect, because it is walking distance from QC terme and also other restaurants. Free parking is also helpful and the bereakfast was very nice too!

Staff friendliness, dinner and breakfast. Hot pool outside and sauna.

The rooms are amaizing, with a wonderful terrace to the mountains. The breakfast had a huge deliciaus and varaiety of cakes, with eggs and cirial other health ingridients. We mostly enjoyed the breakfasts. The hotel also has a private parking places and its location is great.

Breakfast was very good essentially for guests from northern Europe.

The stuff was absolutely fantastic: very friendly, always happy to help. The hotel is very dog friendly, stuff always wanted to pet our golden retriever, cleaning team was not afraid to come in for cleaning and petted our dog. We were welcome to go to breakfast and sit in common areas with the dog. We loved the free hot tea available in the lounge in the evenings. Sauna and swimming pool were nice, breakfast was good. Pillows were very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, from the room to the staff. We were amazed by how well we were treated, and the unexpected upgrade was a wonderful and greatly appreciated surprise. We enjoyed four fantastic days that we really needed. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further. We’re already thinking about booking again for next year!
