Amazing hotel and friendly staff! The hotel is right next to the lift and it was very convenient to go on hikes without the need to take public transport or car. The hotel staff can recommend amazing places for hikes, and give us recommendations every morning during the breakfast.

We would love to share our great experience at this hotel, where we stayed for the second time — and definitely not the last. We enjoyed a wonderful skiing holiday, and once again the delicious breakfasts were a perfect start to each day. A big plus are the very comfortable beds, which are ideal for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The outside wellness area is another highlight. Friendly, helpful staff at both the reception and the restaurant made our stay even more pleasant. We will gladly come back again.

A great resort - fantastic skiing with access to the Sella Ronda. Lovely town with great restaurants and frequent ski buses. We had a fantastic time as a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, and will look to return.

Pozza is a nice small place, that offers enough shops, but...

Pozza is a nice small place, that offers enough shops, but is by no means 'posh'. Great for the skiing enthousiast who does not mind the extra 40 minutes ski to the sella ronda, but instead appreciates the good value for money of the accomodations offered.

There are three lifts close to the village and buses which...

There are three lifts close to the village and buses which are free to guest card holders which go to at least 8 more. There are suggestions of hikes from the top of all these lifts. The website fassa.com is full of information.

enchanting place, from this position it is possible to reach many other beautiful locations and services for the various winter skiing activities in a short time. Our stay at the GH hotel Piaz was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

What an amazing trip we had.

What an amazing trip we had. Everyone made us feel like family from the moment we checked in up until we checked out. Colin, Joana, Florenz, house cleaning, dining staff, bar tender, pool staff, and the DJ were amazing and always smiling. Breakfast - everything was wonderful. We had Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner and both were mouth watering delicious. Our niece was allergic to nuts which was a concern for us but Joana and the dining staff were exceptional in ensuring there were no nuts in her food and explaining what she could have from the breakfast bar. Oh, we did the wine tasting which was very cozy, meat and cheese delicious, and the wine was exceptional. Joana did a wonderful job explaining the flavors and what meat/cheese paired with the wine. The hotel was clean, very warm and inviting, and the food was fabulous. This was such a memorable trip, thank you to everyone at Hotel Trento. We are already planning our return trip, see you next time.

New location for mountain experience, towns and people very friendly. Recommend : Ristorante Vecchio Mulino as a place to eat. Take care with local signs that inform you parking and driving on a road is restricted.

We were very happy with our stay, every detial is cared for. The staff is very kind,carefull and helpful, the hotel is super clean. We got an upgrade for our room,instead of a junior suit, we got two merged rooms without additional cost. The food and menu is very delicious and carefully preapred. The spa and outdoor hottub are great. Location is very acesable to the dolomiti superski area. We fully recomend this family hotel and hopefully we will get a chance to stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel as part of our honeymoon, and it was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast, the staff were very nice, the hotel is clean. Our room wasn’t something special, it was big and practical. The fun part of this hotel is the opportunity to use their spa facilities for free. We had great time at the outdoor heated jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The location is close to the QC Terme which is great. Thank you!

Really lovely, cozy atmosphere — you can feel it’s a family-run place. The room and the whole hotel were very warm, which was perfect in winter. We loved the bar downstairs; there were often events or something going on, so it felt lively and fun. The location is super convenient: the ski slope is just across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby in the village. We like Nelson a lot!

After reading previous reviews, I was a little anxious about booking this hotel, but I need not have worried. It's a lovely old building, very traditional and comfortable. Warm room and fluffy towels. Very welcoming staff as well. The best, most comprehensive breakfast I've ever seen, there's something for everyone.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is very well built, you have all the conditions and confort needed for a great ski holiday in The Dolomiti. The staff is excellent and always happy to help! The breakfast is AMAZING!
