Room and bathroom had lot of space. Beds were very comfortable. Views from the room were awesome. Florencia was very kind, thanks! To get to the hotel you need to go through the ZTL zone, and don't pay too much attention to Google maps directions

This hotel was great for our group of 3 friends. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and they had a big choice of local wines. We really enjoyed the spa — with the rainy and snowy weather in April, it was so nice to relax in the warm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a very good choice. We would love to come back!

A lovely family-run hotel with a clean, cosy room and truly kind, welcoming staff. The breakfast was excellent and high quality, with freshly cooked omelettes, yoghurt, fruit, local honey, and delicious homemade breads and brioche. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was extremely tasty and well prepared. Perfect for a skiing holiday thanks to the heated ski storage, and ideally located just a short walk from the city centre. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient place to start excursion or strolling in the city. The staff is very kind, helpful and discrete and always welcoming the guests with a smile. The rooms are super clean, functional and comfortable. There are sound proof windows opening to fantastic views of the Dolomites. The hotel offers also a great indoor swimming pool to further relax It is a great place and highly recommended

Hosts are great, hotel is really nicely renovated, sauna and spa zone is really nice equipped, breakfast is fantastic, dinner is served in 3 courses - definitely to recommend!

The staffs there are above excellent, not just a service but also the service mind, and thoughtful. We are from Thailand, and the service here is one of the best in the world.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of the city. The city was not crowded, silent, the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. Overall the facilities were very clean, on the other hand standard rooms were not spacious. Car parking was available on site.

The location is near the center. Good breakfast. Nice service. Private ski wardrobe is available and accessible through parking. A playground room is at a very good location on the basement level.

Very tidy, clean and warm. Perfect for staying in the montains. The staff where very kind and happy. Enrico (one of the waiters) made us feel straight away at home, he made us laugh and he was very professional. Simona and Alessandro we very welcoming and lovely to talk to aswell. We really recommend the Hotel!

The hotel has a perfect location right in the centre of Moena, it has a very nice traditional style and an excellent restaurant where we definitely recommend to have dinner, we had dinner there both nights we stayed and we were really satisfied. The hotel has also a free private parking at 5 minutes walking distance, which is really convenient if you are coming by car.
