Florenca who sits In the reception stayed long to check us in, the evening we came with a warm welcome. Also she gave us a lot of tips for where to go. Thank you for the recommendation of the Kusk restaurant which was great! The breakfast was amazing and the lady who was managing the breakfast is really professional and good at her job. World is round so hopefully see you again. We will be coming back 😄

A wonderfull surprise for our holiday. This is a hotel where things are done with passion and care. Positioned close to Moena right near the main road but still very quiet. Great free parking. The sound of the river is a gem. Nice spectacular view over the valley. The staff is very friendly. Restaurant and breakfast are delicious, especially sweets. The rooms are big and confortable. Good wifi. The garden is a wonderfull place to rest also to have a late drink. It was a really big and wonderfull surprise and I want to thank to the hosts for what they are doing. We wish to come back for a longer period.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay very pleasant. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection and good quality. The room was very small, but at the same time comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and overall everything I needed was provided. I had a great stay.

We stayed at a centrally located hotel in Moena and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. It's a very family-friendly place, with a dedicated playroom for children. The spa was excellent and a perfect way to relax. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. We also appreciated the discount vouchers for local restaurants provided by the hotel – a nice added bonus!

The property was perfectly located, with all shops and eateries within walking distance. The room was beautiful and had amazing views of the mountains.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient place to start excursion or strolling in the city. The staff is very kind, helpful and discrete and always welcoming the guests with a smile. The rooms are super clean, functional and comfortable. There are sound proof windows opening to fantastic views of the Dolomites. The hotel offers also a great indoor swimming pool to further relax It is a great place and highly recommended

The location is near the center. Good breakfast. Nice service. Private ski wardrobe is available and accessible through parking. A playground room is at a very good location on the basement level.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of the city. The city was not crowded, silent, the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. Overall the facilities were very clean, on the other hand standard rooms were not spacious. Car parking was available on site.

The sauna and spa facilities were an excellent bonus with this stay!

We stayed at Ciasa Alpina Relax Hotel in Moena for a week ski holiday (two adults + two kids) and had a truly wonderful time. The absolute highlight was the Staff — every single person was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and They were always happy to share tips, help with anything we needed, and make sure our stay was comfortable. Every single Person was absolutely brilliant. Thank you! The hotel was also spotless throughout — rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well cared for. The food was another big plus: delicious meals, great quality, and we always looked forward to breakfast/dinner after skiing. The hotel itself is well equipped, very nicely decorated, and has a warm, cosy feel that’s perfect for a winter trip. Overall, it felt like a place that’s run with pride and attention to detail. We left feeling relaxed and very well looked after — and we’d happily come back!

Reality exceeds photos, charming place with a very kind staff

Really cosy and spacious room, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are kept in immaculate condition daily. The wooden finish of the room provides an excellent space to be in. Located in the heart of Moena.

The hotel has a perfect location right in the centre of Moena, it has a very nice traditional style and an excellent restaurant where we definitely recommend to have dinner, we had dinner there both nights we stayed and we were really satisfied. The hotel has also a free private parking at 5 minutes walking distance, which is really convenient if you are coming by car.
