Hotel was really quiet, clean. Only problem was location. We couldn’t find it without locals. But everything else was really nice.

Location was perfect. Staff were incredible, couldn’t do anymore for you. Will definitely visit again.

Breakfast was amazing.staff was very helpful

It was very good for us, lot better what I expected because of the reviews. Honestly some people just need to stay at home, because for the price we got a nice place to stay.

Fantastic place with very nice and polite hotel/restaurant service. Everyone cares about the guests. Very good quality of ski room and spa. Delicious food!

The hotel is situated in a very convenient place to start excursion or strolling in the city. The staff is very kind, helpful and discrete and always welcoming the guests with a smile. The rooms are super clean, functional and comfortable. There are sound proof windows opening to fantastic views of the Dolomites. The hotel offers also a great indoor swimming pool to further relax It is a great place and highly recommended

Great location, very friendly staff, good value for money, highly recommended.

We arrived late, stayed overnight, and left early in the morning after breakfast. The breakfast was fine, and the room pleasantly surprised us. The only complication (for us) was the self check-in process, which had to be completed before arrival and required photos of our ID documents as well as selfies with them. A plus side of this digitization was that we could unlock the room door with our mobile phone.

Location, facilities and restaurant

Both flats were excellent - great space, clean, good for entertaining. Well stocked kitchen and very responsive host. The location is incredible and there are so many breathtaking hikes to do!

A lovely family-run hotel with a clean, cosy room and truly kind, welcoming staff. The breakfast was excellent and high quality, with freshly cooked omelettes, yoghurt, fruit, local honey, and delicious homemade breads and brioche. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was extremely tasty and well prepared. Perfect for a skiing holiday thanks to the heated ski storage, and ideally located just a short walk from the city centre. Highly recommended.

The property situated directly in the center of Moena, so it’s just a couple of steps to the very nice restaurant pizzeria or just drink coffee. They also have incredible breakfast variety of of cheese and bread. We’ve been traveling for one year old baby so they prepared for the bad for him as well even if we didn’t requested however we appreciate it very much. They had a sleeping room and living room room with a small refrigerator where you can put some food. The area is very quiet nevertheless it’s full with the families and the children, however but respectful and nice. We’ve been just staying one day, however already planning to come back in a winter to this place. We did appreciate a playground for the child indoor or outdoor as well. It’s definitely easy the parenting throughout the traveling with a baby.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location with views of the surrounding areas, which can also be enjoyed from the chairs in the garden. It has its own free parking directly in front of the building. The room is clean, well-equipped, and has a comfortable, large bed. The breakfast selection is plentiful.

The staffs there are above excellent, not just a service but also the service mind, and thoughtful. We are from Thailand, and the service here is one of the best in the world.

Superb facilities in a great location. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They display a passion in their jobs and made sure to attend to every detail required.

Exelent food and comfortable rooms. The staff was very professional and helpful. Rossana was very enthusiastic and had good entertainment in the evenings. The chief in the kitchen made excellent dinner meals and the butler and waiters have full control in the restaurant. The rooms was very clean and comfortable.

Cozy room in great location, since we came with dog in the room was left bowl and bags for poop, another amazing part is that there is dog park of this hotel.

The hotel has a perfect location right in the centre of Moena, it has a very nice traditional style and an excellent restaurant where we definitely recommend to have dinner, we had dinner there both nights we stayed and we were really satisfied. The hotel has also a free private parking at 5 minutes walking distance, which is really convenient if you are coming by car.

Location is good and property is nice

The kitchen has everything that you might need. There are doors between the rooms, it is not one open corridor. We were given a card to park on the main parking in Moena that is 3 mins walk away from the apartment. It was 10 euro for 24h.

Hosts are great, hotel is really nicely renovated, sauna and spa zone is really nice equipped, breakfast is fantastic, dinner is served in 3 courses - definitely to recommend!

The location is near the center. Good breakfast. Nice service. Private ski wardrobe is available and accessible through parking. A playground room is at a very good location on the basement level.

Reality exceeds photos, charming place with a very kind staff

We stayed at Ciasa Alpina Relax Hotel in Moena for a week ski holiday (two adults + two kids) and had a truly wonderful time. The absolute highlight was the Staff — every single person was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and They were always happy to share tips, help with anything we needed, and make sure our stay was comfortable. Every single Person was absolutely brilliant. Thank you! The hotel was also spotless throughout — rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well cared for. The food was another big plus: delicious meals, great quality, and we always looked forward to breakfast/dinner after skiing. The hotel itself is well equipped, very nicely decorated, and has a warm, cosy feel that’s perfect for a winter trip. Overall, it felt like a place that’s run with pride and attention to detail. We left feeling relaxed and very well looked after — and we’d happily come back!

Friendly staff in the restaurant, for dinner and breakfast. Great pool, everything clean

Best stay! Love it that it has the old italian alps style and the spa is on the modern side and everybody can access that. The spa was perfect, fresh and nice. The rooms were clean and food tasted good. The staff were so polite and welcoming. Best surprise was that they made a bed for our dog in his designated corner, thats was so cute! Will definitely come back.

That the hotel offered early breakfast at Marcialonga, the nice staff, the cleanliness, the view.
