Friendly clean and comfortable

the hotel is in the lake, Venezia style

Super friendly owner and staff. The view of the Iseo lake from the room is stunning! Room was very clean and the bed and pillows are comfy. Katia helps a lot and also gave us some tips where to go for wine tasting, restaurants, taxi, etc. Definitely will come back next time we visit the Franciacorta region :).

The location was just beautiful, I had a fabulous view from my balcony looking over the lake. The host was exceptional, so helpful to point in the right direction for local attractions. I had forgotten a bag and the host even went out of her way to drop it off to my next location I was staying at. So kind

Great location, lovely view over the lake. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, very central. Very nice staff. Room was spotless. We arrived very late at night and there was no problem.

Superb! Great room, excellent breakfast and great selection of pools.

This hotel is definitely worth a visit !! You will want to stay for more than 1 night though.. The rooms, pool, staff and view are brilliant 👏 The local village (Pilzone) is quite basic but Iseo is beautiful.

The service was excellent and the staff friendly.

We booked a room with a view of the lake and it was a really beautiful view. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional, a lot of choice, something different every day. Linda is a great host, she helps with everything.

Very kind staff, the daughter speaks good English. Room is simple and clean. Good choice for driving tourists

Very nice location, great views on the lake. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the best was the team working there they went well above and beyond what could be expected. The garden around the hotel is lovely and relaxing.

Amazing little gem on the lake, clean and welcoming

Absolutely incredible views to the lake and every spot of hotel’s territory is well maintained and clean. Staff is really polite and friendly. Not the first time in this hotel and every stay is exceptional.

All prepared freshly and a good choice.

A squeaky clean room and outstanding staff. Also really nice breakfast. Hotel itself is located very good strategically — near the main road but not in touristy location. Not too far from the town center and the lake. Neibhourhood is quite calm and you don’t really hear cars on the road (at least in our room).

Great 4-star hotel breakfast with wide selection of cold cuts, eggs and many different snacks and sweets. Proper

Room, breakfast, location - all very good

The best location so Clean and view was spectacular. I will go back.
