Everything but especially the staff! Without exception everyone who worked there was hospitable, friendly, helpful! The facility was amazing from the hotel to the beach to the amazingly designed pool. The restaurant was lovely and the food exceptional.

Great big rooms (mine had a balcony) AMAZING Breakfast and super sweet and helpful staff. Thank you Leonardo for going above and beyond and for those amazing restaurant recommendations! And also to Gemella and Barbara who greeted me so kindly later on that night and the next morning for my breakfast which was TOP.

Beautiful place we were surprised of! very peaceful and romantic hotel. Nice bedrooms and nice views to the river. We had the chance to walk all around the harbour right on front of the ocean and visited the Castiglione and the village up on the hill with magnificent views . We had fresh fish dishes next to the hotel, and we're pleased by the excellent restaurant service. The breakfast at the hotel is served at their roof top !! And it is included !! it was a very pleasant experience, they offered a wide variety of pastries and fresh fruits🍓 and bred🍞. The staff is very friendly ,🙂..always looking how to make you feel like home. We loved the place and will come back soon!!

This place is great because it is inside nature. We stayed in a roulotte and were surrounded by trees. There is a good supermarket with everything (basic) you need, otherwise there is a bigger supermarket 10 minutes away. There are good restaurantes too. The swimming pool area is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for children.

At the beginning of the tourist season, in the context of...

At the beginning of the tourist season, in the context of other seaside areas in Europe, not so bad. Not too much free access to the beach, shops and restaurants with a sea view althought it´s tourist destination with many camps. But maybe it´s just my opinion. I´ve to add that we normally prefer more nature destination, but when we were already here I expect better backround. Maybe nearer to city (we were at the end of the beach) it´s better. Night atmospehere in Castiglione della Pescaia fine.
