Great value. Clean. Air-conditioned. Reasonably close to town and the university but far enough out to be quiet. Friendly staff that ensured a smooth check-in and check-out despite my check-in and check-out occurring outside of their open lobby hours, which were something like 6am-10pm.

Extremely clean, room had a great layout, huge bathroom and shower (which is rare in Italy!). The staff was extremely kind and helpful, A+ service. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
