Everything. The location is perfect, the facilities, the pool, the breakfast. BUT the best thing about this hotel are the staff. OMG such nice people. Especially Claudia, this woman deserves an award. She's so nice and always ready to help, always smiling. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

We loved the fact that it's run by a beautiful family! La Dottoressa and owner Simonetta made sure that the Hotel Gigli is perfect in every aspect. From the super friendly and helpful Oronzo at the front desk in the afternoon to the super nice Simonetta's niece in the morning. The entire hotel has been recently renovated!!! With taste and style. The breakfast selection was our best one in Puglia (we stayed in more than 8 accommodations). Always fresh fruit, homemade ciambellone, focaccia, cornetti alla crema, alla cioccolata, crostate, marmellate, pasticciotto, eggs, prosciutto and more... Everything was served from a super positive and professional another niece! The private parking, location, room amenities, and the wonderful people at Gigli's Hotel make it unique! Recently renewed building from outside. The inside is functionally improved some time ago but keeping that direction. Central heating/cooling renewed, walls painted regularly. Very helpful and friendly staff, always on service. Flexible and willing to fulfill every customer request. Giving advice for each doubt a tourist can have but balanced with pushing too much. Parking in case of purchased is inside the building so safety on highest level although the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Location is good in case of vacation with exploring the region so you can switch sites daily.

For a weekend away, it was just perfect. Quiet surroundings with attentive staff that always went above and beyond to help out.

We liked the fact that the room had a bed for each of us so a bunk bed, a single bed and a double bed. Beds were quite comfortable. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and so nice with our kids. They were the loveliest people of all the staff in this place. Facilities like trampoline and play area for children, and pool are ok.

Perfect location , kind staff and nice breakfast. In booking there are only photos of room with balcony and view so we assumed this is what we book but it was depending on availability so we were in first floor in front of the parking. We enjoyed the stay it’s all you need for your summer vacation.

The hotel has the best location you can expect, it’s about 100 m away from the BEST beach in the area. Seriously incredible! The place is comfortable, clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back and we highly recommend it!
