Beautiful, comfortable and clean!

The balcony view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Good place and hotel. Alejandro is good guy.

This jewel of a hotel was located about midway between the train station and the water----so it was a great central location. (I highly recommend stopping to taste the olive oils just around the corner on your way down to the port.). The room was a typical small European room, but with everything needed, including a nice hot shower with good water pressure. The breakfast was quite large and inviting. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect! The checkin staff carried my husband's pack up the stairs (as he has mobility issues), we left a shirt and the staff chased us down to return it, and when we had troubles getting a taxi back to the train station (really only a 0.5 mile walk, but with our packs it was more than we wanted to undertake)----the owner herself offered to drive us to the station! It was a splendid stay! I'd highly recommend a stay! If we return we will most certainly return to this hotel.

The location is really good, easy to reach every spot in the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Good size room and I had a great view on the 6th. Floor

Great location, lots of amenities.

Very good breakfast with fantastic views. All the staff were pleasant and professional. Amazing property and unique experience staying in a beautiful Castle.

Very elegant private small hotel. Lovely staff, very helpful. We were so happy we decided to stay another night and upgrade our room. Towns near by are lovely, train station is near by. All in walking distance. Amazing X 3!!!

Breakfast is good. Location perfect for quite time.

The location is perfect because you have the beach right there. Also, they have an amazing pool. The staff is super friendly, breakfast amazing and everything is very clean.

We loved everything about this hotel. It felt nice from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived by train and it was only a few minutes walk to the hotel. Our room was smallish, but larger than expected. The balcony helped it feel larger. The bathrooms are very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and the beaches were great too. I loved everything about our stay.....super romantic, super relaxing.....highly recommend!

This hotel is gorgeous, every little and big detail. Greta and Roberto are super helpful. The ambience for breakfast, the lovely ladies that attend brekky made me feel at home with warmth and love. The building, the bells, the book stand, the rooms.... Greta recommended two restaurants, and both have been the best of the places I have visited in Italy.... and I travel a lot in Italy. Moneglia is pretty and very small. This hotel is a great place as a base to visit Porto Venere, which is a MUST and Cinqueterre.

Facilities were very nice. Staff were more than friendly. Lovely

The owner! She was absolutely the best. Super kind, helped us shape both of our trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre in the best possible way. We saw so much we did not initially plan. Also, she gave us a better room because it was available. And the day after we checked out, we had left our car in a parking lot on the train station and spent the whole day in Cinque Terre. We came back late, the parking was locked and we could not get our car out. She helped us out by calling people she knew and when that didn’t work, she offered to accommodate us for one more night free of charge. At the end we managed to get our car out, but we will forever remember her kindness and generosity.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Suisse! The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us by giving excellent local recommendations. The room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable - the balcony was one of our favorite parts. The location is perfect, just a short 5-7 minute walk from the beach and main areas.

Great location, clean, super nice service.
