The host met us in very timely manner at the house. She gave us all the pertinent information, and showed us around in the two-storey (small, but perfectly outfitted) house. Ground floor with kitchen (w/ coffee, etc.), couch and tables and chairs, and upstairs with king size bed, closets, and well-outfitted bathroom. A/C, if needed, but we just opened the windows. The location is absolutely perfect for access to our favourite bars and restaurants (Sugabotti, Zaghini, La Sangiovesa, da Oreste), and free parking is within a 5 minute walk. Will be back, for sure, and recommend to friends! Only warning: The spiral staircase is only 18" wide ... Check-out was as easy as check-in.
