The entire staff was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond their remit. They were extremely helpful and worked very hard to ensure a pleasant stay. Any time I raised something to their attention it was addressed promptly and very politely. From that point of view it has performed better than some 4star hotels I’ve staid at here in Calabria / Tropea. Good kitchen and food quality for lunch and dinner (with abundant portions). Short walk to the beach with beautiful sea. Cleaning staff very efficient and room cleaned daily to a high standard and very quickly (3 ladies working simultaneously).
