Amazing location, great view and staff

This is a nice place to stay if you want to explore this area. The accomodation was clean, the rooms had enough space. The half board was tasty and provided enough food all the serving time along, though it was not changing that much from day to day. The stuff was very friendly. The value we got for the money was good.

Our stay at Hotel Goldknopf was truly exceptional! While there are certainly more luxurious options out there, this has been one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. The location and the views from the hotel are simply incredible—nothing short of breathtaking. The beds were big and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help make our visit enjoyable. We are definitely planning to come back next year!

Location was great, room was clean and cozy but more than everything the staff was amazing. Very welcoming, helpful and responsive to all sorts of queries. And the food was simply excellent. Overall loved the place.

I have never experienced a more beautiful, peaceful setting for a hotel. And I’m from Cape Town which is pretty spectacular! The staff were amazing and accommodating. They provided extra amenities on request (eg a small fridge in our room), responded quickly to Booking.com messages, always placed us in amazing seats for breakfast and dinner, and gave us great hiking tips. The restaurant is brilliant - some of the best local dishes of our trip. Get the Canerderli!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Mrs. Karolina on the front desk, always greeting us with a smile and offering help and ideas to make our stay more welcoming on every turn. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views that made our morning feel special. Every amenity, from the luxurious spa to the perfectly maintained infinity pool, exceeded our expectations.

What a wonderful experience, between culinary excellence and artistic statement in a fantastic environment leading to explore Seiser Alm either by foot or by e-bike and beginning the day with a charming and professional yoga session…even for non vegan people Aggeliki Charami is a fantastic magician. She accomplishes something truly remarkable: not only does she master the art of fine dining, but she transforms every plate into an individual work of art. Throughout our week-long stay, not a single dish had the same taste, and each course surprised us with new, exquisite flavors. Every creation reflected exceptional creativity, and a genuine passion for gastronomy. Dining here was far more than a meal—it was an unforgettable culinary journey. Everything just the manager or son of the owner in the restaurant was a little bit rude but all the staff the facilities and the lady that owes it were amazing
