We spent 1 night and we had a very good experience. We arrived early, our room was not ready yet but we were welcomed by the flawless staff that offered us everything we needed. The hotel has a beautiful and quiet outdoor area with a well kept garden, it is super clean, it provides all the facilities you might need and the breakfast was gorgeous - the location is not in city centre. We really appreciated the bike free service Villa Agnese offers to visit Sestri Levante and the surroundings.

Best position possible, right in the very center of Sestri Levante, yet on a hill and with amazing views. The staff is very gentle, the management is very reasonable and tries to accomodate client’s wishes as much as possible. Highly suggested are Room 311 (if you are looking for a small room) and Room 315 (if you are looking for a large one): these rooms have an absolutely stunning view to the “Baia del Silenzio” and both have a balcony.

It's a unique place to stay close to the train station and just a short walk to the main attractions of Sestri Levante. The owner is very helpful in advices, the room looks stunning in its London and NY decorations. If you don't want to use the well equipped kitchen - the town it full of cozy restaurants and cafès. A highlight of the room was the huge terrasse with great views of the surroundings. Grazie mille!

The location is great and right by beautiful Baia del Silenzio (recommended of the two beaches). The hotel also had an outdoor pool with an adjacent children’s pool. Breakfast was served by the pool in a beautiful location. The hotel also has a small rooftop with sunbathing beds which was very nice and private. The staff was also very helpful.

The hotel is nicely situated and easily accessible by car from Sestri Levante. Breakfast area has a lovely view and the pool is quite nice for a 3 star place. The very friendly lady at the reception (there are two) made an excellent recommendation for dinner and instantly offered to book a table which was much appreciated.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. It's one of my favourites in Italy to stay! The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. The room and bathroom are renovated beautifully. The pool area and roof top bar are also great. It was the perfect getaway spot and I wish we stayed longer.

Big bedrooms, good kitchen and perfect location just minutes away from the center of Sestri Levante. The host was very informative and gave us all the relevant information in advance. Great advice for restaurants and the supermarket nearby was excellent.

Spacious apartment, well equipped, and a nice room for the kids. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is located in a quite neighbourhood outside of Sestri Levante. Its nice to sit in the garden area or on the balcony during the day.

Great breakfast, good location and decent room. Stayed 3 nights in Sestri Levante and used it as base to visit Porto Venere, Porto Fino and Cinque Terre. I wished we had stayed one more night to enjoy Baia del Silenzio.

The breakfast provided was the best I experienced of all the hotels I stayed at on my recent trip to Europe. The best thing though was the manager. He was helpful and always up beat. The guy was just great.

I loved the location, room and staff. The accommodations were perfect for a little rest after the Camino. Sestri Levante and this hotel did not disappoint! I will book here again.

The place is located at the heart of Sestri Levante with an amazing interior and beautiful garden. It was a very comfortable and peaceful vacation thanks to our hotel.

Very clean and well run small hotel with good breakfast. Location was very convenient: close both to the beach and the train station, with many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in an ancient castle, absolutely beautiful
