Breakfast and cooking facilities were brilliant, a massive help to be able to cook dinner in the evening too. Despite a language barrier everything was explained fantastically and all questions answered promptly. The location was near to a fantastic beach and woodland, brilliant in the evenings and well worth the walk from the station compared to a property in town

Simeri Mare is a quiet place with a beautiful beach, yet far...

Simeri Mare is a quiet place with a beautiful beach, yet far from mass tourism. It's an excellent base for exploring the Ionian coast, which was the real discovery of this trip. I loved Calabria and will definitely return.

For my taste, it's a very windy place with little to see,...

For my taste, it's a very windy place with little to see, buy, or visit. During our week-long stay, we had incredibly strong winds, which were unbearable, and we clearly couldn't even keep the umbrellas open. I didn't like the cold sea, even though it was clear, with gravel and rocks. It's deep even at the shore. The beach is very beautiful and large.

A resort surrounded by greenery in a beautiful seaside location. A variety of activities are available, including entertainment for younger guests, games for children, and the opportunity to enjoy the sea and various activities, even for guests with disabilities and mobility impairments.

The property has great potential, but it needs updating.

The property has great potential, but it needs updating. The rooms are claustrophobic, and the bathroom, especially the shower, is inaccessible (the water reached the bedroom). The staff was friendly and the entertainment was fun, but the food was average. I would have expected more from a 4-star hotel.

The location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions, including Sellia Marina; Florio, I recommend dining at "Mulinum," where you can enjoy excellent pizza made with the farm's own flour; Catanzaro Lido and Catanzaro Biodiversity Park; and Soverato, with its many nightclubs.
