Aptly named, you would be very hard pressed to find a better view from a hotel anywhere. Whether from our balcony, the restaurant, the terraces, the heated infinity pool, the hot tubs, the view was exceptional and spell-binding. We enjoyed the check out time of 12.00noon and the ability to use the facilities until 6.00pm. The breakfast offered a vast choice of continental options and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant.

We meet a very friendly host that drove us to the hotel. The hotel is located in a charming and quiet place, and with easy access to all parts of the island. The hotel facilities was very nice with sun roof, good beds, swimmingpool and good breakfast. We would love to come back.

The location was spectacular. And the rooms were big and comfortable. My sister has several intolerances and they provided things she could eat. Breakfast was amazing. And the also have a restaurant downstairs and dinner is really good.

Riva di Solto is a small and picturesque lakeside village — peaceful, authentic, and undeniably charming. But be aware: very little happens here. Even on weekends, the town remains extremely quiet, with only 1–2 restaurants open and hardly any signs of typical tourist activity. It has a lovely lakeside promenade and beautiful views, but beyond that, there’s really not much going on — no nightlife, no shops, no attractions. The atmosphere is slow, relaxed, and, at times, a bit retired in spirit. This is a place for people who truly want to disconnect, avoid crowds, and enjoy a slice of quiet, traditional Italy. If you're looking for energy, entertainment, or variety — this is probably not the right place for you.

This is the perfect place for a quiet, romantic getaway.

This is the perfect place for a quiet, romantic getaway. If you are looking for 'party central', it's not for you. You are among locals that do their best to speak English and tolerate your bad Italian. It is seriously one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. A great local restaurant, some great cafes. And the woman that runs the little grocery is fabulous!

A very pretty small little village directly on the lake, with 2 small shops, pharmacy , 2 restaurants and 3 cafe bars , it has a nice little promenade with many local people out for family walk’s enjoy the view which was breathtaking

The villa was fabulous, marvellous views that exceeded...

The villa was fabulous, marvellous views that exceeded expectation. Rooms were spacious. We were very comfortable there. We could walk to an excellent local pizzeria, Bellavista, which did takeaway too. Riva di Solto is a short walk, about 15 minutes down, 20 minutes back (uphill!) and a lovely little village with a regular boat service to all parts of the lake. We were a little hot overnight and air conditioning would have been a welcome addition to the facilities.

Loved the hotel and it had the most amazing views of the beautiful lake. The restaurant was superb. Not happy to be charged 5 Euros each for asking for another towel each . We were told to use our room towels for the pool when we asked for pool towels which we did. We were never told there would be an extra charge for this service.

I agree with the other reviews. The location is excellent, and the apartment is very clean. Everything is perfect, especially in the kitchen. The complete set of chargers is also worth mentioning. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and easy to communicate with. Riva is not only a beautiful town but also a great base for further travel.

The view on the lake is just amazing. We drove many times around the lake but the view we had at Studio Zu is the best. We also liked Riva di Solto a lot. Also Gianluigi is a great house keeper. He is kind, fast and very friendly. Also the restaurant in the same building is a lovely experience.

Beautiful place with breathtaking views to the Lake Iseo. The hotel has everything what we need for. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and the staffs were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. We had an unforgettable experience! Thank you so much! Gracie tutti

Amazing location - you open the door and see the lake and the mountains. There is just a 2 min. walk to the small beach and a fab restaurant with yummy pizza! Another great thing - our own back garden with an olive tree. And not to forget our helpful host! Perfect!

It was ok but more luke a hostel No aircondition and no electric fans so open windows is a must.? Hotel is on the street and with open windows it feels like the cars/motorbikes are in the room.... Unbelievable not to be able to provide electric fans.
